Disappointing
Wifi wasn’t working. And for 2 days they didn’t repair it. So it wasn’t working for 2 days.Staff wasnt well prepared.
Someone finally could order us a rickshaw
Customer service wasn’t great. I had asked the room to be cleaned before going out but no one came and cleaned until I got back at 2am and I had to ask someone to come and clean the room. The room had a very odd smell. The water pressure and temperature was awful.
Swimming pool was good. Food was very good. Breakfast was not upto the mark.
T.V. was out of service. Not rectified during the stay. Tea kettle was bad shape. Reception contact number was not displayed at room. After getting number 8th call made successful. No retn call from missed call. Staff forceful came inside with master key as he not aware the guest in room. No professional approach by staff. Insisting cash payment for food without official bill. Room Not maintained properly. Lighting switch arrangements not at all good
Good rooms and facilitities
Services were bad. Staff is too slow. They mentioned that they have Bath tub. However, there were no bath tub in the room
the room pictures which was uploaded
because of the rude receptionist, rude watchman, lazy staff & also the room needs some cleaning its nothing like its shown
The Resort is greatl
The problem is with the service. I visited for 2 times but the service is very very poor. The room card was not working. Told to reception but they didn't gave us any other room card. No proper reception number. If asked for something either they won't give or they will take half of the day.
