The way they manage online bookings. They assumed that online bookings are supposed to be cancelled, and they did not give enough rooms for my guests. They rooms given were not clean with no amenities like soaps etc. All in all, worst hotel experience ever.

The most unprofessional people I have ever met in my life. They cancelled my booking just before my guests arrived at the venue because and I quote "we dont take online bookings seriously as most of the time they get cancelled". This was despite me personally visiting and confirming the reservation 10 days before and reconfirming the same morning. My guests had to wait outside for more than an hour to get rooms with makeshift beds, with 4 people staying in 3triple occupancy rooms. After all this, they didnt provide breakfast which I had already paid for, charged me with costs for tea, billed me for additional beds even though I had already paid for more beds than what they provided, no soaps in the bathroom.. basically there was nothing good about this place. This has been the worst experience of my life, causing immense inconvenience to me and my guests. I request booking to blacklist his property as a valid hotel.
