Staff was good

The bedsheets were dirty , informed them to replace they did it quickly also first time is difficult to locate the hotel

Hotel location very bad as per compare to rent, also they have not restaurant so not taken compementry breakfast at booking time. Food quality bad.

Office staff is not cooperative and they are not provide swiping machine for card payment.

All staffs were great and very approachable.

The entry to the hotel is filled with rainwater and potholes. It's near a drainage so you are welcomed with a strong pungent smell. The bedsheet had some dirty marks on it.

Has to be ordered.

Location and rates

Located in central area of Thane. Reasonable rates for a budget hotel. Staff, Lift & Parking Attendant were cooperative.

Hotel Entrance is narrow, so taxis drop you outside. The back-side view (and smell) is right adjacent an open sever canal while the frontview overlooks the flyover. Our Room was the smallest and close to the lift whose unnecessary music and anouncement: "Close the Door, Darwaja Band Karein" irritated us all night. As Hotel does not have any Restaurant, the Breakfast (Poha or Idli) & Tea is served directly in the room at 8 AM - no option to decide the breakfast menu or serve time.

Everything was good. Staff was good, no problem in the services. No problems with payment, or bringing food from outside. Really good

Breakfast must be more healthy.

Bathroom condition is poor.Staff is very slow.Some of staff is there only for tip, they didn't interested in service.

almost everything is (or at least looks) spiffing new and sparkling clean.

First day I was bitten by some insect, and I still have a rash that I have to go see a doctor for. I showed the staff the rash and the swelling, but they swore all the bedding is new so they have no idea how this happened. To be fair the rest of the room and corridors etc do look brand new so I won't outright blame them, but it happened.This place does not deserve a "breakfast included" tag in the listing -- please remove it. Breakfast is one item only, no choice, and not before 8:30 -- if you need to get out early, tough luck. Not even tea till 8 or so. And on the last day neither tea nor breakfast was delivered at the time we left the room to checkout.

The stay was extremely horrible. The surroundings are underdeveloped...The complimentary breakfast was simply the worst.
