Room not clean, need to maintain rooms, bathroom no shower gel, Toilet paper not there. Bed was dirty, it’s not even 1 star hotel.very bad experience in Ginger Thane location

Wonderful stay at Ginger Hotel Thane! The newly renovated, well-maintained lobby area and nice location made the experience even better. Special thanks to Krishna, Nashra, Abhishek, and Pallawi for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I had a fantastic stay at Ginger Thane — it's a great place for a family stay. One thing I really appreciated was that I slept in quite late and missed breakfast, but Mr.Abhishek went out of his way to help by arranging for the restaurant to send breakfast to my room. Thank you so much team!!

Location of the hotel.

1. No staff to carry luggage. I had to carry the luggage to 1st floor reception.2. Lift not working properly.3. Room access card / unit was not working.4. Very little flow of water at toilet and wash basin.5. Toilet was stained and broken.6. Room AC was making noise.7. The room and bed sheets were stinking of tobacco/ cigarettes.8. Place for car parking not available. Parking is done on the road side.

I recently stayed at Ginger Thane and had a wonderful experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Krishna Abhishek and Anushree. From check-in,he was incredibly courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile.

Parking on Road, very helpful staff, bathroom conditions not upto the standards, leakage and breakages of Taps and flush, wash basin tap water not flowing properly, Room service food drinks little costly Lots of improvement to be done

Hotel not value for money facilities are not working like TV freeze lights in room

Lights are not working TV has no channels and Internet was not working

Nothing different really. Perhaps just the instant hot water. Rest mostly everyone offers so no unique differentiator actually.

The hotel was largely empty. I had booked only because I had a court case to attend. I have 2 homes in the vicinity (Vikas Complex & Rustomjee) which are on rent. However the staff said they couldn't accommodate a late checkout by 3pm although i checked in at 11pm. I can understand this in a big hotel but Ginger is not in that league. I won't be staying there next time as they don't have any food options and are dependent on Sheetal Grille which is super expensive. Difficult to get auto due to flyover in front. Staff put blame on Booking.com as I made a booking via OTA.

I had a good stay at Ginger Thane. The staff was very accommodating, especially Mr. Abhishek, who was extremely helpful during check-in, and Miss Brihaspati, I highly appreciate their excellent service and hospitality ? Thanks Team ?

The rate was compared to other property was good but very bad service.

There is no lift for 1 st floor and you have to carry your luggage your own.. no staffs are available to take your luggage to the room. Very poor behaviour of the reception person.
