very poor stay

Dirty sheets, loud music until 1am, stuff did not speak any English, right off the highway.

Food was good, Nice location,

Small Size of the room for the cost , minimum bathroom kit , not completely clean room.

Washroom Toilet was not cleaned. Dead Rat bad smelling. There was 1 Rat also in our room.

It was a bitter experience.

I had reached the venue in advance and asked the manager for the date change to the next day however it was flatly denied even though all rooms were empty. It was also a rude exchange, please note that i have a patron at their facility for years now and go regularly for my meals and drinks. This kind of attitude by the Manager even though i informed him that i had come in the previous night for a family dinner shows there is no empathy.

Had to end my family holiday because the kids didn't like the place.. the main attraction, the pool was a complete disappointment. Of all the resort this particular resort doesn't allow the usage of the pool after 6 pm for whatever reason. The WiFi provided is a joke; it doesn't work. A low range router is placed in the corridor and is not available in thr rooms. The food which we started on as we checked in was not as we expected; we had to leave it because the chicken was not fresh. The TV had unpaid free channels. The rooms aren't sound proof, the guest in the side room had their volume up and it was disturbing. The next morning breakfast was a cheap show. Upma, dry bread with a kiss of butter. The world experience was a waste and not worth remembering or going back to.

We were fooled by booking.com we received confirmation from them about the booking details bit when we reached resort they denied the booking and our weekend was wasted as we did not book any other resort.Stop fooling people when you can coordinate with the hotel people.

The ambience was good overall. Basic hygiene was maintained. The room was good too.

Lot of mosquitoes, couldn't sleep well due to this. The dishes etc. used to serve food, were not clean. The rooms can be little more soundproof. Could hear other rooms' voices in our room, possibly vice versa too.

Everything is good, nice location, complete privacy.average food quality. decent staff. quick service.Mr. Sanjay Bhatia is completely co-oprative person, he can managed all things on your single request. Overall best.

Kindly improve your air conditioners, breakfast quality.

The resort is clean and nice But a bit overcharge for all the facilities they provide

Having feel of village and all amenity availabe

On time they have given room due to which we have to book another hotel for early check in to near by hotel

Property is good

After reaching Mumbai we called the property, and they declined the booking and after several calls they agreed. If we would have not persisted and gone somewhere else, they would have charged us the full amount for no show.There was no in room tea coffee arrangement, need to go to cafeteria every time you need the same. The hot water was an issue too.

Nothing At all

Everything starting from the nasty rooms with rats and mouse in the room no wifi working there were cement work going on beside the room the whole floor was dirty, staff was not that helpful at all breakfast was tasteless and just two things to eat none of which was something what we eat if I have had to have sandwich and Bhajiya why do I pay 500 I could have just moved out and have had some freshly prepared ones, overall a pathetic experience

Good Location and near from International Airport. The rooms have the feel of shacks in Goa. The restaurant at the resort was great. The finger licking food, the quantity of food for 2 ppl was very filling.

The worse thing was We had arrived a couple of hours early, the staff said they won’t allow us to check-in before 12 noon as the rooms are not available, the staff asked us to pay an extra INR 2000 (£20) so that we can check-in early. The question rises if the room weren’t available when we arrived early, how come the room will be available after me paying extra INR 2000? After an argument they allowed us to check in (no extra fees) around 11ish. Very slow room service during the busy weekend. The bathroom had broken tap knobs which was seems to be not fixed since long.

Food was ok.

It's a bad experience

Nothing.. It was not clean and rats and mice were moving around the bed all night. Room number 125 is a very bad experience

Location ambience is good but staff is so demanding ..

Staff they will ask u for money for any serve.. really bad service too expensive food and not worth money.. they will add extra charges in your bill if u dont notice

Quaint and charming old style wooden cottages. Good arrangements for hot water and air-conditioning. Very nice swimming pool and surrounding patio.Food was not good and the free breakfast was skimpy. Cleanliness needs to improve and staff needs s lot of education for improvement in their knowledge and attitude.
