Pros +
- I just liked the comfort in the room and nothing else was that good.
- The food served was hot
- All the staff were helpful and the service was quick
Cons -
- From the time of checking in only it was very slow process, the staff were not well versed with their system and that cause me to wait for a longer time at the reception to check in. Then I had ordered aerated beverage from room service, they took more than 20 minutes to deliver me a bottle of coke. And I had took a room mountain facing, first floor is the highest floor,so once I moved the curtains to see the view all I could see is civil thrash dumped there. That’s wasn’t at all a pleasant view. I didn’t even go and sit in the balcony because of that and without curtains there’s no privacy as I could see some staff or men right down there so obviously even they have a clear view of the room.
- Hotel did not provide slippers, shaving kit.Hotel did not provide free breakfast as was advertised on the booking.com siteThe fan was defective in my room with lot of noise. Very upset.
- The wifi wasn't working during the time of our stay
