Casaloma hotel

Staff were really nice and we found the self-checkout CU really cool. The concept of the game room was interesting too!

It was unclean when we visited. There were at least 2 flies in our room. Blankets had stains and a hole. The carpet at the walkway also seemed dirty. Kakaomap also led us to the backdoor, which seemed a bit sketchy (only used a banner for the hotel name and logo!!) but it had a parking lot across the backdoor entrance. The staff was kind enough to explain to us how to get there.

Breakfast was good. Variety of choices available. Very good local tastes. A suite of facilities was available for use at the hotel. Convenience store was also accessible with multiple parking options.

Some furnishings are old. Lack of direct to usb ports.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was helpful to provide the recommendations and directional map for places to visit. Good location if you are planning to explore the attractions in the Southern part of Jeju.

The hotel enjoys a convenient location with ample parking, which made it easy to get around the area by car. Although the property is slightly dated, the room was comfortable, generously sized and well furnished. The shower facilities were particularly good and contributed to a comfortable stay.

The building does show some wear and tear, but it did not detract significantly from the overall experience.

The facilities were nice. We particularly enjoyed the gym and the terrace view. The room itself was spacious and comfortable.

Very good value for money but the parking could have been better organized. Walking distance to some of the main attractions. The view was also very nice.

The coffee shop was open but didn't serve anything. Not a big problem since there were many options around the hotel.

The location was quiet far from the main attractions. If you are planning to book a tours, then this hotel is very far from pick-up and drop off point.

It is a good fall out base to explore the south part of the island. At check in staff wasn't super accommodating but after that they were extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in urgent need of some refresh. The carpets and the wallpaper have seen their best days. A lot of places were you seen people have collided with their luggage against the wall giving a worn down impression of the walls and the carpet clearly needs to be replaced.

Pool is free of charge. My children had a great time during our stay.Staff were so kind too and can speak good English!

⸻The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.From the moment we arrived—even before check-in—the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They had no answers to any of our questions and treated us with a bad attitude the entire time. We were traveling with a lot of luggage, and not a single person offered assistance. I understand it’s a 3-star hotel, but basic courtesy should still be expected.The hotel itself has a terrible smell throughout the property. It was honestly disgusting and made it hard to feel comfortable anywhere inside. They also don’t provide basic amenities like a toothbrush, which was shocking.As for the pool—don’t get your hopes up. It closes at 9 PM sharp, and they even lock the area so you can’t sit and enjoy the atmosphere. The lobby is not an option either, since it smells just as bad.Do not waste your money on this hotel. It will completely ruin your trip.

Lovely location, wonderful staff, there’s a wonderful view of nature outside, a convenience store (in the hotel), and we are walking distance to the falls!
