Good location and value for money

Not very clean. Especially the bathroom

Nothing much. Spacious room. It was close to the waterfalls.

The hotel doesn't match the photos at all. Not clean!! There are a lot of stains on the walls. Furniture is very outdated. I would rather stay somewhere else.

It was a nice central location in Seogwipo. An easy bus or car ride to a few waterfalls and Camellia Hill. The beds were very comfortable. There were also quite a few restaurants within walking distance and two convinience stores that were super close to the hotel.

The room didn't have a bedside table lamp which made it difficult, especially when sharing a room. The toilet leaked a bit and more parking spots would have been nice to have.

Really open rooms, very clean, providing everything including towels, toothbrush, Refrigerator, TV, Shaving razar, microwave, electric kettle, French coffee ☕️. Reception people can speak English fair enough. Highly recommended

The location in town was excellent, as was the value for money.Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

The room was spacious. We did ask the hotel to help putting 2 beds close to each other and they did! The location was great, close to convenience store, laundry, bus stops and restaurants. Unfortunately we arrived on stormy days so could not visit any attractions

It seems like the hotel only clean the surface. When i bend down, the inside of the toilet is quite dirty.

Location of the room was good. Sea and mountain view was ok. Sound-proof is not good. A/C was working and so had nice sleep. Other than these, it was a terrible stay. If you look for room just to sleep, choose this hotel.

Many things during my four day stay.1. Reception itself gave a terrible start. Not allowed to check-in at least half an hour early. 2. Cleaning service: First two days was fine. Third day, they put the basic stuffs like towel, water, etc. just in front of the door. Fourth day nothing turned out for. 3. The terrible part is worst internet. I have missed many meetings. The enquiry with staff not helpful anyway.4. Doesn't have a comfortable chair to sit and work. No bathroom mat, issue with shower. 5. Room (entire hotel) don't have any option for hot water. NO microwave oven in the entire hotel premises. For heating my food, the staff asked me to go GS25 convenient store in the building, that's terrible. A simple microwave oven may cost less than USD 100 and they don't have single oven in the entire hotel. I was feeling cheated with photos and reviews in Booking.com. Expected a basic decent stay, but ended unfortunately.

The room that I've booked was a great room for the price. The room was clean and had everything needed in order to be a good room.

There could be more outlets for charging.

Nice receiving and good hospitality but the wifi signal was very poor and disconnecting every time.

My room was a double bed, it was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable, the socket is working perfectly, there was a small fridge to cold your drinks. lastly, toiletries provided

Comfy bed! I had a ocean view room, which was nice. But, tbh, I wouldn't really consider as an ocean view. It's just nice view. There are many good restaurants nearby, so that's good!

Drainage in the bathroom was bit bad. I could see some stains on the wall, but overall clean enough. One of my friend didn't get to make it, but I couldn't get refunded for not having that additional person.
