Hotel bridge Seogwipo

I like the layout of the hotel room and the lobby. It is a very clean hotel.

I wish there are more staff who could speak English. The breakfast is bit pricey, the price would be okay if there are more choices of food or we could ask for a boiled egg or scrambled egg.

We cycled round Jeju island. This hotel had a coin laundry store along the same street within a minute of walking. Breakfast was great with a good variety of options. Room was very spacious.

Location is within walking distance to Seogwipo Maile Ollie Market, and eateries nearby. The room reasonably clean with basic amenities provided. Free parking is a plus.

Room was a little cramped for 3 pax but we were able to work around that. The fitness centre/gym was poorly maintained and cramped. Some equipment was not working.

The location is amazing. Many touristic places are nearby. Every day cleaning. Stuff is polite and helpful. The view from my room was wonderful ?

They don’t provide robes and jacuzzi is not included the room price (

Firstly, they gave us a free upgrade to 2 Queen beds, instead of our original booking of 1 Double and 1 Single, which was great for myself being 6ft. The bathroom was modern and the beds were comfy. They also gave us 2 waters each day.

Only thing I can think of is that they could have put the waters in the fridge for us, instead of leaving them on the counter.

We like the location, just beside famous market. Also there is free parking for guests which was super convenient. The room was big and clean.

Great location within walking distance to some excellent restaurants and also walking distance to the waterfalls.Parking was also available

Absolutely no complaints

Great location! Parking is a little tight, but it is manageable, and there are offsite parking lots if it becomes full (thankfully, my father was driving and parking). If you get back to the hotel before dinner time, parking shouldn’t be an issue.

The main problem was loud people on our floor (loudly talking and letting their doors slam), but this isn’t the hotel’s fault.

The Seaview room is really nice. The room is spacious enough for 2 travelers luggage. It's accessible to tourists attractions

All is good. I just hope the toilet glass wall blind able to fully block the view....hahahahhaha

- complicated heating / cooling system, we couldn't turn-off the floor heating and it was hot in the night;- no small lamp next to bed;- only one bedside table;

Lurved the automatic toilet and warm toilet seat. Room was comfortable. Really dislike the parking. Very tight.

Friendly staffs, great location, comfort and yummy breakfast buffet.

Convenient walk to Olle Market & coast

The young female Staff @Front Desk could be friendlier & more helpful - we had to repeatedly request that she help us book a cab, since we did not download the local booking app. Hotel could also provide a simple navigation map of key streets, cafes, restaurants, galleries, bus routes etc., since specific directions are difficult to obtain as there is no separate Concierge service.

Overall quite a good hotel. Only challenge is car park parking ?And each room should provide 2 pillows per pax as a standard. Because 1 pillow is very soft and request for 2nd pillow need pay $.
