Hu An Stay Hotel

Close to port for Udo ferry. Located in a quiet part of Seogwipo. Many restaraunts within 2 blocks. Favorite find was Mango holic cafe...This place had amazing mango waffles and fun environment.

The distance from hotel to tourist attractions were very far. When we checked in the lobby smelled of cigarette smoke, but the man behind the counter reassured us it wasnt him (but rather someone outside.)

Great location, 10 minutes by walk from Seongsan Ilchubong, very friendly staff, you can leave your baggage after the check out time, very nice views from the window, everything is clean.

Nothing, it was perfect.

It was pretty basic and worn but comfortable enough. Wouldn't want to stay for more than a night but we just wanted to somewhere close to Sunrise peak so we could get up early for the sunrise so It definitely met all our requirements. Great location.

Close to Seongsan Ilchulbong and convenience stores. 1 K from ferry to Udo. Nice shower pressure. Could be cleaner.

Had a nice view facing the sea, the restaurant right next to the hotel was really good (not the restaurant at the hotel but rather beside it), good location near restaurants, convenience stores, seongsan. heated floor was nice, the toliet was clean, the room was spacious for 4 people and 4 big luggages.

3mins drive to ilchubong. The room and bathroom were spacious. Water pressure was strong. Overall, a pleasant stay! :)

The room was not cleaned adequately as we found sweet wrappers in the bedside drawer. Bed was a little soft for our liking.

The view to the landmark kind of dissappear behind the newly built hotels in front of the hotel.

The room was at a bare minimum of cleanliness. The location was close to Seongsan mountain, so that was one thing I liked.

The bathroom was very small, and it's facility was terrible. The rainfall shower literally fell down. Thank god no one was showering then or else it would've caused a terrible accident. The staff was very unfriendly (he just threw an extra mattress on the floor because we didn't have enough beds. We clearly ordered a 4 person room but gave us a 3 person room.) I wouldn't recommend this hotel, unless your looking for a low budget hotel (fit for 1-3 people).

Nice location on the harbor and close for the sunrise walk at Seongsan Ilchulbong, which is the main reason you stay in this town. Big room with kitchen area.

Not the property's problem, but if you got through booking.com, your reservation probably won't show up in the hotel's system, and it's hard to explain to the older gentleman, who speaks zero English. This happens with most of my booking.com reservations. SMH

Location is convenient. No problem finding eating places. Not far from the sunrise peak and the ferry terminal to Udo island. Enjoy walking around the scenic small town.

The young man was helpful but the older man wasn’t. Guess it could be due to language barrier.

Nothing, actual site is far worse than what was presented on yr website.

1) no bathe towels for my 2 rooms booked only hand towels provided 2) no clothes hangers3) building and my room is worn out n old w food smell 4) provided unnecessary things like lady hair brush, soap box , insecticide 5) toilet is dim w only one lamp6) toilet exhaust fan is so noisy

nice clean comfortable huge room with a view very very close to sunrise peak and restaurants. perfect!

Location was in the centre of town and within a short walk to restaurants and shops and also to Seongsan Ichulbong for the sunrise climb. Water pressure was good and hot.

They only provide face 2 towels. No proper towel, we all had difficulties drying ourselves thoroughly. This is the first hotel in my 40 years of traveling that does not provide a towel to their guests....why?

- Good location for anyone planning to hike up Seosang Peak to watch sunrise. 5 minutes to the Seosang Entrance (use the small path along the traditional houses on the left would be fastest) and it takes 25 minutes to hike up to the peak. There is a time table on the desk to let you know when the sun rises according to months.- Very good sound proof to keep you peaceful and calmful to sleep early to prepare for the early hike the morning after.- Very spacy room, enough place to cook and enjoy the sunset from your room if you choose the room with coast view.- Free self washing service with provided washing powder. A sunny hanger place to keep your clothes dry very fast under the sun.- Beautiful view from the rooftop, I hope the hotel can redo something to make it nicer. It looks as if there used to be a lot of fun up there, but not anymore. I can understand maybe Covid affected a huge impact...

- A bit urine smell in the elevator, maybe because of some drunk guest before, but not so bad.

very fishy smell, the toilet door handle is loose, we booked two rooms and was separated in different floors. we dont have a good sleep bcos of the pillows are too soft.

The location is close to everything. The bus stop, harbor, attractions, restaurants and convenience stores are all in walking distance. The room was clean and spacious.

The air conditioner in our room didnt work.

Met my expectation for the price. Room is considered spacious for 2 pax.Friendly staff and close vicinity to Seongsan.Sound proof window to block the sounds from road.

No full body mirror.Small shower cubicle. Will be tight for a larger person.Take note towels size are korean sized / hand towel. Got the hang of using it after some time.Noise from renovation going on at #1. Ok if you leave early and return late.

Spacious rooms.Excellent location with steps away from the popular Seongsan Ilchulbong (if you are in the right room, you could be overlooking it).

The room was a little outdated. The wall had water stains (possibly from wet clothes being hung from the clothes holder).The washroom surely needs some plumbing upgrades. Our first room had leaks under the sink and toilet. But the staff was prompt to get us a change of rooms.
