The Best Jeju Seongsan

The location was good and the room condition was fine.

The hotel doesn't know the word, professionalism. Especially front desk staff was rude and asserting. She even talked behind my back. The apology and its way was also making me feel humiliated. My vacation was ruined by the hotel staff.

Staff don’t know English well, for example, it was very hard to explain what is blanket and blanket cover

7 eleven is just downstairs. The bunk bed for my children is great!

The parking. Too squeezy.

There are good food choice nearby, near to Seongsan park, phoenix island. Like most hotels in Jeju, only provide hand towels, not full size towel, dont make room but will provide 'towels' n bottle drinks everyday.Standard bed n pillow (too flat for us).Include bf - like the beansprout soup n fried rice.Friendly staff and value for money :DSad we can't make it to Udo island due to weather.

Location is good. If you intend to go to Udo island the port is less than 10 mins drive.Lots of eateries nearby.Automated check in

Centrally located and near to major tourist attractions and eateries.

Location is good as it is very close to all the major sites.

Hotel was run down and room was very cramped and small with the two beds. Toilet ventilation fan was very loud.

The beds are ok. The view is nice. The location is nice. AC was nice cold. But that's it, everything else is bad.

1. There's no room service. You have to pick everything you want yourself from reception.2. The cashier at 7/11 is so rude and ignores people.3. The floor is wet from the pool and has not been cleaned for a long time (i slipped, and it hurts)4. The corridors stink and smell cigarettes.5. Rooms aren't throughly cleaned. We found dirt and discarded items under our bed.6. They don't provide body towels at all. only face towels for showering. even when we ask. Not even robes are provided.7. They put a kettle and mugs only with no tea or coffee.8. The laundry room is the worst. Only two washers and two dryers and two baskets. People keep touching others' clothes, and things get lost. There are only two baskets when many people are leaving their clothes and not picking them up. It's a mess. The room stinks from the laundry room bathroom sewage (has a broken door and is treated as storage)9. The elevator was not cleaned and wiped, probably since forever. 10. They don't have an iron to provide even though i asked before i came, and they said we would provide you one.

The room is big and has a nice view of the Seongsan Ilchulbong.

The towels that they supplied to dry your hair and body is very small - we were told by the reception that that’s what Koreans use to dry themselves. It’s actually the size of a hand towel. The bath towel that they have is reserved for the swimming pool. We’ve been to different hotels in South Korea and they supply a proper bath towel, unfortunately, this hotel doesn’t.

Easy parking, lots of space. Has a 7-11 at the ground floor which made it really convenient. Closely located to food places too.

Great location and free parking. Wanted to stay close to the Seongsan Ilchulbong. Located close to the main road.

The furniture had lots of stains. Its in need of a either a deep cleaning or just new chairs.

Falsely advertise a GYM and swimming pool, during my stay neither were available and that is the reason I chose this spot.

Comfortable and big beds, close to bus stops and nearby sights, our room had a balcony which was nice!7/11 inside the hotel.

The room was a bit smelly, we had to open the door for a while for it to fade (combination of chlorine/sewage smell) and it was slightly run down but for the price it was fine!

Great location, bus stops are very close. People planning to explore JEJU by bus can just go for it.Specious room. Close to one of the major attraction Seongsan Ilchulbong.

Coffee at breakfast was awful, tinned fruit and processed fish and pork cutlets,but scrambled eggs were nice. Handy having a seven eleven on site.
