On-site parking lot is tiny and you will likely have to street park or park in an offsite lot.

Big room with jacuzzi bath.convenient store just below the hotel. Coin laundry is advantages.

Parking lot is limited at the premises.

Low cost

The room is very dated and the door was hard to open from the inside. If there was a fire, we would had been dead not able to get out. We stayed in room #704.

The location, it's next to Busan station and a Macdonald ?. Also close to Chinatown Busan

The rooms were a little bit small for 4 people.

Cleaning location was good

Reception guy looks like bad men do not want to serve us at the night. Even he slept at the night in the reception

Location was quite good, with good restaurants nearby, but a bit of a walk to attractions. Room was clean and modern with nice beds and bathroom. Excellent elevators.

View from rooms on the North Side were poor - the wall of the adjoining Hotel. Ask for a south or east facing room. Breakfast was OK, but limited in selection.

The beds were comfortable. There is breakfast, which is basic, but enough, but you need separate clothes for that, because after breakfast you smell like fries. The hotel is outdated, but clean.

The reception people were not very kind, they never say hello and other kind words.

The room is spacious, but it is an old style. There is no bidet in a room, which I found a bit weird as most of the hotels in Korea have bidet. There is a CU convenience store below the hotel, which is our savior. We bought dinner (pre-packed food) from there as most restaurants are closed around 8 pm. The receptionist is a very nice young lady, who speaks good English. She helped us to order food from the nearby restaurants as we were unable to do it on our own. Unfortunately, the restaurant closed their order and didn't inform her at all, and we waited for 1 hour to get our food, which ended with eating pre-packed food from the CU below the hotel.The hotel is quite weird as well. We booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 toddler (3 years old). each room, they have prepared only 1 towel; when we asked why, they said: oh, most people only use 1 towel; we can provide extra based on request. which they did, but we just found out it is very weird. They have laundry coins as well, but only 1 washing machine and 1 dry machine, so you have to wait if there is someone there. The laundry room is so small, and without ventilation, so it is very stuffy.

Most reviews said that the night market was within 8- 10 minutes' walking distance, which is why we chose this hotel, but that is not true. it is at least 20 minutes walking distance. The hotel is on the 2nd floor; they have a small escalator to go up, but going down is by stairs. They do have 2 lifts, but they are quite small. There is not much nearby, and they close as early as 8 pm, so it is very difficult for us to get our dinner as we reach there at 8 pm on our first day. The lobby is also quite small; it is a type, check-in, and goes.

there is a direct bus to and fro the airport. jeongbang waterfalls is just one bus ride away. many good food places around and also a very convenient convenience store on the first floor of the hotel. staff was very nice because i came too early but they allowed to keep my luggage for me prior checking in and the hotel was clean and really big. The view from the room was spectacular too, could see the sunset!

if you have more places to explore in jeju, one night in seogwipo is enough haha i found it very inconvenient to visit the north and eastern part of jeju island since buses do not run often

BK hotel was easily located via the GPS and I arrived late in the afternoon and it was dark already. Checking-in was so smooth and the staffs spoke English. The room was spacious and clean and in the morning, the view froom the balcony was WOW...Bed was comfortable and the Bathroom had a bathtub and water pressure was great. Really enjoyed my stay here.

I did not mind it so much but the carpark under the hotel is Always full but they do provide parking at another location, a walking distance from the hotel thru a small alley next to Mexicana restaurant.

Cockroach on my face during sleep

Cockroaches on my face and pillow at 3am crawling. Freaked the hell out of me and I couldn’t sleep since. Do not book. Hygiene is atrocious

Good localization, big and tidy room, very nice view and friendly personell. We loved staying in BK Hotel for 7 nights.

Breakfast... the menu was the same everyday, not korean, not continental. There was not enough variety of vegetables and other products. It was the only drawback during our stay.

This was a lovely, convenient hotel that was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a short stay, with a convenience store right below the hotel. A lovely spacious room with comfy beds, air conditioning, and a great view of Jeju.

The only issue was the shower, as the shower head sat at a strange angle and made showering difficult.

Very clean room, kind staffs, location, good price.

Big new and clean room with three beds, one for each of us. Location was great in the center of Seogwipo, a lot of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the waterfalls and to the Olle market.

Everything went very well, even my friend left accidentally a passport to the hotel and the staff helped us quickly with that.

The room was clean, the bathroom is clean with a bathtub which is rare, close to the waterfall by foot. There is parking under the building. I loved the place.
