You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The hotel has a 24-hour drinking water service, complimentary coffee and tea in the mornings. ll card charges made by the establishment will have a 4% service fee. The property has crib service for any of the rooms. Guests can only pay the remaining 50% of the amount of the reservation in cash at the time of check-in. Please note there are no ATM's on the island. Guests are advised to ensure they have enough cash to cover all their expenses during their time there. If at check-out time we identify any missing equipment and/or damages in premises, we will charge reparing expenses to the guest's card. If the guest forgets or loses the room key, it would have a fee per MXN$150 to replace it. If the guest leaves after the check-out time, would pay MXN$200 as extra fee per hour. And after 2 pm, if guest still at the room, would have to pay the amount of one additional night, without the right of stay. If the guest wants to add an extra person to the reservation, must notify in advance, and will be charged MXN$200 per person per night.
