A lot of missing ammenities on the room. We suggest to put hangers where to put a towel. Glasses and water, a full mirror and shelves on the bathroom.The pool area is useless as no sun goes through because of the wrong architecture project and no music ro invite to stay on the common areas.

Overall nice hotel

Thought we had chosen a location a bit removed from the noisy nightlife - but both nights were super loud w/music blasting & people shouting from the bars/clubs across the streetStaff offered room change after night1 promising will be more protected, ended up being even louder + the waste of time packing up & moving for nothing

The staff was not very helpful & even though I speak a little Spanish, most of the staff didn't speak a word of English. I understand this is Mexico but if you are going to be in the travel industry then you should be able to communicate with customers better.

Very nice hotel, decent pool, close to center of town.

You can’t even get a cup of coffee, only water is available by the cup. There’s a bar/nightclub across the street that when on forever, very noisy.

There’s a horrible older man working at the front desk who ruined our stay. He kicked us all out at 5am and aggressively demanded an extra 1000 pesos in cash. It felt like a scam. If management replaced him, this could actually be a decent hotel.

Visually appealing. Spacious room. Pleasant staff. Close to the town area. Stairs leading upstairs were easy to climb.

NO hot water at all.No bottled water provided in the room. Only purified water was at the desk in a glass decanter.Pool always had cloudy water.No refrigerator or coffeemaker in room.No place to hang towels. Faucet in sink placed so that you couldn't get water into your hands to wash your face.Soap dispensers were extremely difficult to press so only a tiny squirt would dispense.

The lights on the balcony lit the room too much at night. Wanted to use the pool, but the water didn't look clear. Looking at the steps in the pool, it looked kind of hazy. (I have my own pool at home and it should not look like this.)

Modern, well equipped and pretty accommodation. Excellent location a short walk away from the center and 1min from the beach.

Can be a bit noisy due to neighbouring restaurant, some things could be better thought out (ie no hooks in bathroom).

ideal location for Holbox !just far enough from the noisy streets but right next to the beach. Walking distance to everything.hotel is brand new and so are the bedrooms. super clean. super calm.

nowhere to hang towels or clothes, nowhere to put them or the suitcases.AC with broken remote so hard to manage most of the time.

Lovely location and beautiful design. Was quiet, and a perfect space for coming home each night. Really enjoyed the design, the smart TVs (shocking how many places still have pathetic tvs that you can't connect to), and good internet.

Rooms need refrigerators! We consistently brought things back to the hotel that we'd like chilled, so had to use a communal refrigerator. There's a perfect spot for them inside the room in the cabinet. The pool we would have liked to use, but it was too cold as it remains shaded most of the day. I'm sure it's great in hotter weather.

The rooms look really nice.

The location was awful, across the street is a hostel/bar. Every day there is very loud music until at least midnight. We had a room on the ground floor at the side of the street, the windows are so thin that it was impossible to sleep

Great location. Lovely and modern and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pool was amazing. Great views. Easy to get about and have great recommendations for places to eat. Right by the sea.

It was lacking in facilities, no full length mirror, nothing to put your bag on, no fridge. Wifi was patchy (went 48 hours without it), wasn’t an island issue as other places had wifi. There was also an issue with the concrete floor in the bedroom, it would secrete water through the concrete so the bedroom floor was always a bit wet. There is also no insulation in the walls so a lot of noise from outside, whether it be music at the hotel across the road until after midnight. Or the cleaner banging around at 7am every morning outside the rooms. Was fine for the price but improvements could be made.

very stylish concrete finish, modern but not cold. Smart TV so you could log into Netflix/Amazon etc.

There was one bathroom mirror only. No hooks to hang your towels/coat. There is no sound barrier between your bedroom and the bar across the street. We left 2days early as we just could not handle another sleepless night. We asked about a refund and they couldn't accommodate us. They did offer us another room in another hotel, at this stage we were over it and needed get off the island, we did think this was a good offer.

The staff is super friendly and eager to help. The room looked very great though it gets cold at night, a duvet would have been great here! Giving it an 8 as it still was a great experience with a great bathroom and central location

Duvets would be very nice. Only one hair dryer for the entire hotel. Bed was not the most comfy

The room was spacious and clean, with a big, comfortable bed. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was great for cooling down, and while the location was just okay, nothing is far on Isla Holbox, so it worked well for us. Had also many nice breakfast/brunch places close by.

While the room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed, it could use more furniture, like a chair, to place belongings on. The biggest downside was the noise from a nearby hostel/bar, which plays loud music—light sleepers should bring earplugs.
