Excellent hotel right next to a great coffee / smoothie shop real close to the beach bed wasn't very comfortable other than that it was a great stay

The bed was hard

Amazing location just in the center of Holbox. Super friendly staff, very helpful. Bed was big and comfortable.

It can be noisy as street is nearby. It did not disturb me, but if you have trouble sleeping you should take earplugs.

Thin walls so very loud at night. Didn’t bother me because I can sleep through anything. Room was not ready when I arrived at 3pm

The rooms are great! Bed are comfy, hot water and smart TV. Air conditioner works great.

The noise, the walls are thin. You could hear music from the nearby bar. The best night was when it rained, the quietest night there. If you can sleep with the TV on a bit loud you'll be ok.

Very clean, personal is very friendly and kind, the room has all the facilities, and is very close to the beach.

It is in the front of a main street, so depending on the room (in front of the street) it can be very noisy.

There was a cockroach ( huge) in our bathroom, we had to walk over dog poop from their dog on the walkway into the reception, just old and a bit tired looking. Basic

Hotel has very nice location near the beach and city center. Room was really clean and the owners are super friendly and helpful. I highly reccomend it for staying in Holbox.

The only thing were thin walls, You could hear everything from adjacent room.

Hector the owner and Keren at the reception were very nice and helpful. I had to leave after one night as I got sick and had to fly back home. I was going to stay 2 more night, and they were kind to refund 1 night stay.

You can read that the location was great from many reviews. I didn't like the location at tall. It is in the middle of center, which you might think is amazing very close to everything. Holbox is such a small island, so everything is close. I didn't like the location, because it was VERY NOISY. I couldn't sleep till 4 am, as there was VERY LOUD MUSIC on the street. Also, the room was very badly isolated from the the noise outside. So you could hear everything, also guest that just opened their doors I could here it during the night.

Super central, in a nice neighborhood.

Staff not nice: we planned to pay by card (as stated on Booking) but the machine was not working. The guy pushed us a lot to pay by cash which we did not have and we had to insist multiple times to check if the card could work again. At the end it worked but definitely not a nice situation.

Close to the Beach, Grocery store, and Restaurants. Rustic, Cabin like Wooden Structure, with tile floors. Great A/C, Free Coffee, and Tea, all day long. Will definitely come back.

Excellent location!!!! I booked for one night and ended up staying for three!!!!Room #10 has a great balcony!!!!Monica and Sebastian (at reception) are friendly and helpful.

Weak wifi in room #10.The hot water for free tea/ coffee is not hot enough to make tea.

The people working there were very nice and spoke English very well. The location was a 10! 2 minute walk to the beach, and right in the middle of the center. Cute restaurants and bars nearby. The shower was nice.

The room was very very dirty. The sheets had multiple brown and red spots on it. Also after the cleaning made up the beds again. There was sand everywhere. They charged us more than was mentioned on Booking.com at arrival. When we showed the booking.com price, they did not agree. It was about €15 more, but still not the way it should be.

Located in the center, very nice host, close to the main beach.

Due to central location it is noisy even during the night (not recommended who like peace and not croudy place). Room is nice but the walls are thin and you hear everything. The terrace is hallway (you can not sit there).

The location was perfect, the staff was very nice, useful and friendly. The beach is about 5min walking.Holbox is a very nice place, I highly recommend it.

There is a nice place to stay out with some chairs but people take it as a smoking area which makes it uncomfortable

The hotel is supergood with great location. The staff was friendly and helpful, specially Sebastian. The hotel offers tea and coffe free of charge.

During check in personel recommended us the restaurant next to the hotel (on the right from the entrance) with 10% discount and the best kitchen. But unfortunately we didnt get any discount (personel told us that prices are small enough. Actualy these werent) and food wasnt good at all. We had different food (grilled octopus, octopus tacos, burgers and tacos). Its not about the hotel but hotels recomendation.

Overall a cosy place to spend a few days. Communicative staff, very central location.

The description said there was a terrace, but in reality it was just a wooden walkway connecting the rooms, not a place to spend time at (some other rooms did have a proper terrace/balcony)
