Everything was above standards.The room service including the prep for my husbands birthday was above expectations.Just a big THANK YOU from the Coetser family.

Not majour - but the showe door did not close properly and therefore the floor gets very wet. Maybe the shower head can also be replaced.

I think that the overall experience did not match what I paid for . there was nothing to keep me occupied , as the game drives were cancelled , no alternatives were even thought of , the serenity of the property was distorted when people were playing really loud music. there was no entertainment o any sort, resulting in me staying in the fancy room with nothing else to do.

The whole place was beautiful and stunning. Restaurant was perfect with friendly staff, especially Pascal, Isaac and Alfred. Alfred inform the morning staff of Saturday to prepare our table for breakfast as a group, everything was set up the following day with my surname on it that's made me feel more important ? How can I not mentioning Alfred Mkhize for showing us how to view the whole place until that side of hanging bridge, we experienced all that beauty because of him, he was very good to us??Owh how can I forget Pascal whose been serving us well during dinner on Saturday as well as breakfast on Sunday, his service was beyond the standard??The reception staff, wow they were all friendly, Lesedi and Mr Ndlovu who explained very nice how to follow the route when doing hiking as we were all alone and we enjoyed it, the juice and popcorn at reception we enjoyed a lot. They didn't even have a problem of taking pictures there the way they were so friendly ??

We also enjoyed playing cricket with the ladies as we were all beautiful in cricket outfit as well as mini golf.??The pool was good and clean, we also enjoyed the jaccuzi on Friday night that's when we enjoyed the most as it was working perfect but Saturday it wasn't good, it wasn't hot and we we reported to come fix it, but nothing happened until we leave it and back to our rooms☹️

The location near nature is just up my alley. Loved the swimming pool, good size, clean. The jacuzzi was enjoyed by the family. Their breakfast is really good, great variety.

The meals were very good and the location of the property is beautiful . I do feel the grounds and gardens need bit of attention . Dead trees and branches falling off the trees . Lovely water features but a lot of them are not working .

The room is spacious and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the walk in the beautiful property and enjoyed the mountain view and waterfall.

I wished I could have stayed longer, but responsibilities awaited. The place was a perfect escape from the busy towns, with a spotless room, incredibly comfortable beds, and a delicious breakfast to start the day. Already looking forward to my next stay. ?

It is a little isolated from other activities but the ones in the lodge are great as well

The grounds are beautiful. The accomodation was really good. We had a suite.

The FOOD. Suffice to say it was really, really bad. Since they don't cater halaal, we could only have fish.The fish was absolutely awful. If was covered in so much batter, that there was hardly fish inside.My grand daughter had a mixed basket of seafood that not not properly cooked, was raw on the inside. The variety at breakfast was minimal.The jacuzzi was absolutely filthy. We asked for a net, which wasn't available, so we used a bucket to skim the oil and dirt off the top of the water. Disgusting.

It was the perfect place to stay after 30 hours between flight and layover! The place is serene, clean, comfortable and has everything so that as a first day in South Africa was pretty convenient. The restaurant food was good and the cherry on top was the amazing massage at the spa!

The place is exceptional, the staff is exceptional, enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it was heaven on earth literally. 10/10 for everything

Lunch, the platter we had was off, ribs were old, sausages were dry, chicken was dry. Only thing i could change but not a train smash and doesn’t take away from the experience

The tranquility of the place is amazing , the views of the mountains the lake . Definitely a gem.

Perfect for a short getaway. Not too long a drive to get away from the city, perfect for some peace and traquility. Beds were amazing!!!

I asked for twin beds for my sister and I, but got them made up as 1bed. Phoned reception to get this changed but no answer or response to my message. Was big enough though for comfort.

There is a big pool with a hot tub.Breakfast was good.There's a cool room with a pool table and a "Bluetooth jukebox" where you can connect and play your own music.Big yard where you can lounge and chill.

The place is old, partially maintained. When we arrived most of the activities were closed, for example the mini golf and the tennis court.The rooms are very "hotely", and overall the place gives a vibe of a hotel, which we didn't realize and we didn't like.The beds were two single beds that were joined together!The spa was mediocre and expensive.

Everything exceeded our expectations

There was confusion with the buffet. We opt for the buffet with no stater and dessert. We were only allowed 1 severing of food. We could only dish out once. We should have just ordered of the menu instead
