It was in an excellent location, so close to the train! And close to Vevey attractions as well. It was so clean and tidy- Small, but had exaclty what I needed and had amazing details like a robe, lots of shelves, and glassware.

I loved it!

Location

You need to wait a message to be answered if any need. This can take 24 hours until is resolved the problem, because they send somebody in working hours. I paid two adults but I did not get services for 2 adults, only for 1adult.

Location excellent. Perfect sound proofing from train noise. Free laundry

Extra bed was so uncomfortable that it became unusable. Bed sheet had holes. Duvet had blood spots. Extremely limited and expensive parking. Towels need to be changed every 2-3 days. Room cleaned more often

If I could give this place zero stars I would and I travel over 300 days per year and I have been coming to Switzerland a decade.First of all is safety. The internet in my first room was horrible (I was in the bottom floor). They code wasn't programmed to allow me access to the workrooms so I was basically forced to use my laptop in the lounge area. However, some homeless man had been let in by someone else and harassed me. He then ate a chocolate bar in which he smeared chocolate all over the lounge couch, harassed me more, almost broke my computer when he tripped over the power cord and then he slept in the room. I was disgusted. I took pictures and I sent it to check in and they didn't ask for the picture after I offered. This man WAS A THREAT. And they didn't care.Then obviously the wifi was horrible.Then, I am a lawyer and have disabilities so I have a assistance dog which has been certified by the government. They tried to charge me an illegal fee for extra cleaning due to "the towels". First of all it is illegal and secondly my dog didn't use a towel! Completely in violation of Swiss law so I will not pay it and I'd be happy to go to court and expose their horrible illegal practices.

Nobody to ask how to do things by chance i did meet the staff downstairs and they helped to find the laundry roomGetting toilet paper was very difficult 2 rolls for 2 people 4 days definitely not enough same for another tiny bootle of soap didnt get it

Bed confortable.

Check in did not work. Technology horrible. If not for a very kind stranger who phoned for us, we never would have gotten in. Another family having the exact same issues the following evening.Also, no AC and it was VERY hot.

Convenient to train station and everything. Good air conditioning and comfortable all in all.

The front door access was a bit challenging with no personnel on-site (rcvd new code for 2nd night). Was informed use of pool is addl fee.

The location of the apartment of super convenient to the train station and the center of town and access to the lake. All was within walking distance. The close proximity to the free bus, was very convenient as well. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. There is a communal kitchen that is available downstairs, if you’d like to cook, but I i didn’t take advantage of of that this time.

Last year, when I stayed here, there was at least one person at the reception area, to help answer questions and solve immediate issues. This year they change their model. There was no one at reception and the only way to get answers to any immediate questions was to write through the app. I did not know this and had quite a few questions upon arrival. They mention nothing about where you can leave your luggage if you arrive early or are leaving later; the link to free cultural venues was not working. I wrote them about this about 3 or 4 times, always with the same repetitive response never answering the question until my stay was almost finished; they are now charging for any extra pillows (this was not the case last year). They don’t mention that the door code will not work if you arrive even a minute earlier than 3pm. Although this was very convenient, i’m not sure I would stay here again…

Location and easy checkin were fantastic, however it is not a luxury stay.

The price point was shocking when compared to the actual stay. The pillows were uncomfortable verging on painful. The bed squeaked, the room was not very nice. Location amazing though.

The room and facilities were much better than what we expected. We chose the room with a balcony, it was spacious enough and the bed was super comfy. While the room didn't count with its own kitchen, only a kitchenet with a microwave and a kettle, the building provided a shared kitchen which was very well equipped. Likewise, a laundry room was available to be used on a separate space. Furthermore, the location of this place was great! Right next to train stations and a few minutes walk from the port area, it was wonderful for commuting and enjoying a stroll.

The room's kitchenet could have provided bigger plates and forks and knives for food reheating in the room.

Great location, within two minutes of train station. Generally safe area, and well located for walking to everywhere in a few minutes.

Shower was cold one morning, but we were late up, so I’d recommend getting up when everyone else does! A very small complaint though. At every other time, other mornings, daytime, and nighttime, the excellent shower was hot.

Convenient and with kettle and microwave you can reheat your food!

No house keeping so that how to clear rubbish is a problem

The location is excellent vary vary close from the Train station and you have supermarkets and Starbucks all over and the lake is very close

Location is nice , for those who are looking for near central

!!! Beware - Muggers Colony - Don't book !!! READ REVIEWS BEFORE U BOOK.

The hotel is close to station and there is a constant group of 12-15 Muggers trying to rob you in the vicinity. They are spread across multiple lanes and tend to catch you. The hotel staff knows about this but does not bother to help.Seems like the people sitting on customer care side are involved as the lady on the phone was very rude when I told that 2 Muggers were following us when our car came in the lane and had surrounded outside the parking.The hotel does not have any security nor any concerns towards the guest security even after knowing this situation. The hotel can be entered by anyone via the restaurant and there is no reception people to attend or stop any unauthorized entryI and my wife both were panicked and had to block our entrance. We felt that someone was informing the Muggers from the hotel about our where about as someone entered into our room in our absence. There were constant knocks on the door also on the night time when we escaped the Muggers. The Muggers also tried approaching me when I was out to get some food.It is dangerous and really risky. Read reviews a out hotel from other people.in Google. Don't stay in the area.The bedsheet was dirty and caused rashes as we slept on it. The parking area and the vicinity is not safe at all.Shame to the hotel staff and authorities !!!!Read reviews on Google and about every area before you book. Many people have complained, lost money, beaten etc.... we came to know when the thing happened to me and my wife.

Clean neat room, very easy check-in and check-out, comfortable facilities, provided some necessities (like shower gel/kettle/spoons). Very good location, close to everything, very close to train station and old town, easy to use as a base for exploration or for visiting offices

Slightly loud as the window of my room overlook train station. Nothing dramatical but may wake you up around 6 AM.
