Relaxing atmosphere around the pool area. There was ample seating and umbrella shade. Very cozy and comfortable. Nice plant arrangement too.

Our tv was inoperable and the room telephone didn’t work.

Rooms were very small, wall had on sound insulation and parking was $15.00 a night.

Location was great.

I know this was listed as 2 star and the guest rating was higher, but this place was horrible. Disgusting carpets raised in the halls. The last night/morning we noticed large cockroaches in the room and in the halls. The staff was slow to help.

Very good location, easy walk to Hollywood Blvd.

It's a bit more like a motel than a hotel, and the breakfast is a bit thin.

Nice pool area and was clean despite that fact the hotel was seriously outdated.

Paying for parking. No laundry area for guests. Rooms were VERY OUTDATED and covered up the smell with a horrible air freshener or carpet freshener. Horrible breakfast NO hot food I thought it would be better considering the price of the hotel.

Proximity to Wilshire Blvd

The room was very loud and dated. Squeaky floor boards made me hear the guest above my room all night long. No hot breakfast.

Breakfast was minimal and basic but there were so many options in the area I really had no problem with it!

The room didn't have that super clean feel about it. The tv get going out so we had to call the maintenance staff to fix it.

It's a really great value for the area. Super comfy bed, great tv and really clean. Great staff too.

Clean, quiet, and super comfy bed. Can walk to just about anything. Great room, especially for the price and location.

The location to the Hollywood Bowl was close enough that we were able to walk home after a concert that night.

They are "under renovation" so the hallways look like a run down abandoned hotel. It was shocking and disgusting. There was a bag of guest's garbage outside of a room that we had to walk around at our arrival at 3pm that was still there at 1am. Gross.

The staff was so upbeat and polite! When I checked in the clerk by was just so sweet and accomidating! As well as when I checked out the young lady by . I was amazed to see so many housekeeping staff with smiles on their face

I would like to see new hallway carpet before my next visit.

Rooms have a/c and hotel is close to a lot of attractions and restaurants

Pillows were like sleeping on rocks. Got a ticket parking on street in front to check in. The woman that checked us in never informed us we couldn't park there. I am not from LA so it would have been helpful if we were informed we couldn't park there.

Location location location. Only minuets walk to holllywood blvd and train station. Couldn't ask for anything more for the price.
