Best Western Hollywood Plaza Hotel - Walk of Fame Film City LA

The staff when we arrived were helpful even have us more time to stay to 1230 due to our next event and my health issues and extra pillows

Rooms were not what we expect from Best Western, obviously water damage at some point wall paper sagged. Throughout room 1ft from floor. Looked like no care in years. No conditioner in bottle, No breakfast served

Friendly, helpful staff; convenient parking, exceptionally clean - inside and out; great location. A bit pricey for a BW though.

One of the room’s windows was unlocked when we checked in, made us wonder if there was something bad planned. It’s a/c weather, and the window was not convenient to get to (behind blinds and a tight squeeze next to the bed) so why would it be unlocked?

Price was relatively reasonable compared to others in the neighborhood. Elevator was there in the hotel, which was good. The way it looked, I thought there would be no elevator.

I did not care for the front desk person at night shift. I reached hotel around 3:30 AM. The attendant was so slow in checking in. It took forever. He was impolite. Parking is awful. Theft broke my latch of the hood trying to enter into the engine.

Proximity to Hollywood Bowl. The rooms were clean.

The front desk staff called us prior to check out asking if we needed more time. I felt like they were trying to rush us when we knew when the check out time was and did check out on time.

It was close to the Hollywood Blvd so we could walk to it.

They have no parking for trucks or any bigger cars it¿s all pretty much compact parking.

The staff and location was excellent. We arrived in the morning and although the hotel was 100% full, we were permitted to leave our car there until checkin. That was a huge deal in Hollywood. The location is perfect for a Hollywood Bowl event.

Clean room. Great location for the Bowl. Walking distance to Hollywood attractions.

I have bid for a 3 star hotel, but got this one, a two star. And it¿s like a motel. Creepy dark room, one window away from the Main Street and I can hear the cars in the room. It¿s a nightmare

Restaurant and pool were closed with no reason or mentioning beforehand.

1. It was more like a motel than a hotel. 2. They charged the guest 20.00 for parking. 3. The rooms are very small.

This motel is very dated, sink was clogged. Stayed here only for a few hours to rest after a long drive.

The room was a little run down. It smelt musty and the wallpaper was barely hanging on. We only needed it to sleep as we were out of the the time, but wished the hotel was a little more updated.

I had a great room at this Best western Hotel. It was in the very back and I could hear waterfall of some sort out the window. My room was one of the few that had a window facing tall hedges. Hollywood bowl 9 minute walk

There were some stains on our couch and on the carpet. I understand this is a heavy party neighborhood so it was no big deal.
