Quality Inn Near Hollywood Walk of Fame

This was the perfect place for our family of four! We were less than a 10m walk from Hollywood Blvd and the Walk of Fame and plenty of food choices nearby or short drive. Funky 80s exterior, rooms updated, comfy beds and decent breakfast. Great staff!

Location

The staff was extremely rude, especially the night desk guy. We had been told at check in that we must park in the garage. We arrived back late one night to find no parking. We went to ask the guy at the desk where to park. He proceeded to call us names.

Room was dark, only bread option at breakfast was waffles (no toast, bagels, muffins, etc.)

Bathroom did not have good exhaust and it was humid, tv was broke, neighbors kept smoking weed in the hallway and the smell went into the room.

unfriendly staff, poor AV with huge noise like you have a helicopter in the room. We couldn't sleep at all due to the noise. We turned it off, then the room became super humid and hot filled with bad smells. The toilet also made non-stop background noise.

I liked how close it was to Universal Studios.

The pictures showed a full breakfast bar with waffle makers & other hot food items but when we got there the breakfast bar did not exist at this hotel. We were instead given brown bags with a frozen breakfast sandwich, water bottle, and Belvita crackers.

The breakfast was not what we expected, it was a frozen sandwich and a breakfast bar with Water. I was little disappointed.

I did not like anything about this hotel.

Chair was stained and dirty, desk chair - leather was peeling off, floors were filthy, found a crusty, dirty old rag on the shelf in the closet, iron board had all sorts of stains, and shower head looked like it hasn¿t been cleaned for months. Worst hotel

Suites for rooms, some space to relax. Going to next hotel will have kitchenette so great

On site food like snacks were barely anything

The room were modern and clean

The manager in charge is a despicable individual. I arrived in the afternoon and I was denied check-in even when hotel was empty. He also denied my request to hold my luggage till the check in. When I complained, he threatened to cancel my reservation.

Room had smoke smell even when it was stated that was a non-smoking room with a sign at the door. They room was not clean from one night to the other. We will not be returning to that hotel.

The location is excellent! We walked easily to Hollywood Boulevard Walk- and the excellent restaurant Bossa Nova. Score!

This is an average hotel- nothing special. I booked for my children to be able to swim, but was not comfortable with the look of the pool. If you are spending nights only, it is satisfactory.

Location was good. Hotel staff was nice.

The guests in next room were smoking. I had asked for non smoking rooms due to health issues. Cigarette butts were in the hallway.

It is very close to the walk of hollywood stars and Kodiak theater. It was clean and safe and I did didn't hear any traffic. Good litttle breakfast and the price is right.

The manager I met, was very friendly and helpful. I was happy with the room size & accommodations. There was parking right in front of my room.

When we first walked in, the room smelled like cigarettes. & anytime we left & came back.. The same smell was there again. Also, there was parking right in front of my room.. But the gate to get outside would be deadbolt locked. /: so inconvenient.
