First room I stayed in heater did not work -The front desk person moved me to another room heat was fine (Things happen) but in new room TV remote didn't work .I called front desk, phone to the front desk didn't work-I. I will not return to this hotel

The clean, quiet room, location and helpful staff. Also reasonably priced.

Ya I didn't like how the front desk clearly didn't follow protocols. It clearly stated all I would need to check in was my ID. She refused to rent me the room we slept in our car that night.

Very pleasantly surprised with the room given that it was a Rodeway inn, which I generally avoid, and the proce was extremely reasonable, especially for the locatoion

The lobby was a bit dingy. No hair dryer in room

Room 218 AC was not working! Weather outside cooler than room.

The location was good and accessible. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful.

The rooms are exactly like the pictured provided. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. It was very clean. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but it was very nice in the rooms and courtyard. I was pleasantly surprised.

I had reserved and paid for the room but when I got there, there was a $100 hold on my card after check in. Make sure you have the extra money for it. I wasn't aware of it so money was a little tight after the hold was placed.

When we came to check in we had to wait almost 30 minutes until someone came to the desk

I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the room and sheets!, quite surprised! Very nice room and loved that huge walk-in beautiful shower! I was alone & felt completely safe!! The only staff I dealt with was front desk, she was nice!

I did not like the lobby of the hotel, it needs cleaned up and decorated! I almost didn¿t check in because I was afraid the room would look as unkept which I would have left! Also there is NO pool as advertised!!!! They filled it in, that was upsetting!!!

They charge me $15 for parking plus $43 for 30 minutes for over staying.. that¿s like unfair to me

Great staff! The location was quite good for us, wanting to be near the Thai Consulate Office and easy walk around Hollywood.

We were in room 224 up top, front. Good thing I had ear plugs as it was by far the noisiest room I’ve ever been in anywhere, but the ear plugs worked well. The bed was good, really nice shower and the TV was huge! Suggest getting a room in the back!

Location great to get to anywhere in the city although it was very sketchy outside. Tents set up directly outside hotel

Outside needs immediate remodel. Seems like it may cave in at any moment

Outside looked antiquated, but inside was a whole different experience. Renovated modern rooms and more still being renovated.

Room renovation has nice features and lighting

The renovation isn't complete, yet I was in a room. The tv cable didn't work and I spend hours of my visit trying to get tv to work. It never did. Clock wouldn't work correctly. Shower door wouldn't stay closed and floors room

Free parking and nice staff. Updated bathrooms nice.

Proximity to Hollywood. Bathroom was remodeled.

The first room we were given was noisy and the window was right on the main road. They switched us to an inner room but then changed us to yet another room. This one smelled like cigarettes and the window did not have a lock! Parking was very tight.

Great location good price quick and easy

Not the best part of town but just for the night it was great
