We liked that is was walking distance to our destination

The room did not have a fridge as their site says they do, they require $200 cash security deposit no card, which was not stated anywhere in the itinerary, no lock from inside the room so as 2 ladies we didn’t feel really safe, and no ice.

Location

The flooring was seperating and falling apart. The pillows under the pillowcases were dingy. The toilet paper roll holder was dirty/rusted

The door did not close all the way at the bottom and none of the furniture was heavy enough to make me feel comfortable. I just ate the $500 and checked out. I also couldn’t tell them I was checking out because he was too busy wrangling hobos upstairs

not clean for that price. there was hair many places. hair dryer was sticky and many hair on it

Very nice staff and clean room and of course location is great

It was easy to locate and the staff was kind enough to show us where to park. The location is also close to Hollywood which was nice.

The bed and furniture and shower were upgraded/new

Floor was really bad. Looks like water damage possibly a flood in the past. Don?t walk without shoes. Parking was full.

Somethings I didn't like . We never could figure out how the tv works two controls with no batteries No parking space Communication so poor with the person at the office Looks nice at the website But is not what you see

Remodeled clean rooms.

You can hear all of the street noise throughout the night. Homeless are constantly being chased out of the parking lot. I worried about my rental car being broken into and when you have to park behind the hotel its worse. Male owner was not very nice.

They needed a $200 cash only deposit, they don't have an ATM, and don't give you a receipt or paper trail for the deposit.

The staff was rude, $200 cash deposit is excessive for this place. Blood stain on sheet, bedroom door was bad

It was in a very bad location. Every night there were loud arguments between the hotel staff and homeless. We ran out of TP the first night because it was only half full and the hotel doesn?t supply an extra. Only 1 towel per person. Very small soaps

No ice available, stopper in sink was not functional and hair dryer did not work but was replaced with a new one

It's a motel. I'm able to park near my room.

It's very dated. The laminated flooring was lose & beyond repair. Lighting is extremely poor. The bed was comfortable but, the hardware was squeaky! The bathroom TP holder missing. Unserviceable light switches.

the location to our venue

it did not have cable tv. staff was called and stated it would take half an hour to arrive never arrived at our room. beds were oddly made. room carpet floor was tacky/sticky.

Location and being able to park my car right in front of the door.

Room was dirty, blinds were broken, couldn't get the TV to work and was told the manager would be there at 9pm to fix it but didn't get there till about 10pm.

The bed was the correct size

No tissues, no coffee maker, and doors had dirty hand marks on them. They have a policy if you¿re one person you can only get one door key.they have a literal $200 cash incidental charge that you get back when you leave.

Yes, I t can be a lilte bit more taking care of the rooms, missing painting and looks very ugly

Location & availability

Room was musty smelling. It appeared to have been flooded. When I asked to change rooms, they said I'd have to wait 3 days. I was checking out the morning of the 4th day, so it wasn¿t really an option.

Staff was friendly

The room was not clean, the floors had missing tiles, and the bed made too much noise with any type of movement.
