The location and the privacy

The door jam was a bit damaged which didn?t feel too safe. It could?ve easily been kicked in.

The location was amazing, walking distance to Hollywood Blvd, views of the city and the Hollywood sign. 10 mins from Universal Studios.

Bathroom was infested with ants and I killed a large spider in the shower. There was no contact with another person, we tried calling and texting and didn¿t get a response.

The bed was comfortable

No front desk, hard to check in through online services, no ice machine, it took us an hour and 1/2 to check in online. Very horrible customer service, Ricardo hung up on us. No regular parking , pot holes everywhere. We will never reserve here again

We LOVE this hotel. It was our second time staying here and it already feels like a home away from home. It is located in the heart of everything, so convenient. We love the parking, the cafe up the driveway, and the balcony. The bed is cozy too.

Only two things: The toilet seat needs to be replaced in room 107 (it had a strange stain on it) and the bathroom floor needs to be re-grouted. Other than that, it was perfect!

What I like best about Hollywood hills hotel is the incredible staff-and the last minute and generous accommodations that we¿re never expected that made my trip superb! Will definitely be staying here again

Property location was great, room was great.

The room was nice overall, but the floors inside the room and on the balcony were very dirty. Unfortunately, they hadn’t been cleaned properly, which made it uncomfortable to walk barefoot.

This hotel has a perfect location with a beautiful view!

Some of the things in the room were a bit old. For example the shower handle is broken and the sofa was so brown on certain places, it’s nice that they remodeled and repainted though.

It was nice, quiet, and clean. The staff was very attentive.

Everything at the actual hotel was closed do to change in management and they didn’t say that so no pool no garden it was beyond disappointing because I was with my 5 year old and false advertisements. I would like a full refund

I loved the view and location. So close to the walk of have and sites. My guest took a long time to check out and they worked with me.

Near everywhere I had to go and was raining so made it easy to get around .

The steps up to the fifth floor in the rain was impossible I had too many bags but took a room lower and was really nice. Will be back and told friends.

Unlike a hotel, there's no room cleaning service; you check in by yourself. It's more like an apartment on Airbnb.

I liked that it was clean and the bed was really comfortable

There were no snacks, no drinks, no view, it was less furniture than in the pictures, and it was for sure not worth $348!
