Coral Reef Beach Resort

The rooms were awesome with full kitchen and location on the beach.

The rooms were not the cleanest but were still great room types

People were great and the room looked right out to the water.

Cleanliness was not high priority.

Loved the location, friendly atmosphere, the pool area was a delight, excellent views of the ocean.

Close to everything. Watersports rentals, grocery stores, restaurants etc.

Saturday evening was a bit loud by the pool, but nothing unmanageable.

Location is superb! Directly on the beach and where all of the action is! Walking distance to so many things too. Grounds were kept immaculately clean, room was a good size 1 bedroom with full kitchen, and was well maintained.

Great location, spaceous room

First front desk person was nice and personable. Manager was curt and unpleasant. Didn't like heckout time at 10am.

The location was perfect and the room was more than sufficient.

Parking for guest was an issue.

The couch was completely soaked. They had just deep cleaned it, by the look of it. It was unusable for the first day and a half (we only stayed 2 nights).

Awesome location with direct beach access. The room was spacious and clean, and the front office let us stow our bags when we arrived well before check-in time so we could hit the beach. Free wi-fi was great also. No frills but no complaints here!

Location of the Coral Reef was great! The pool area was amazing! The staff was friendly and attentive.

It was not specified that this is a timeshare condo, so you don't get daily towels and maid service. Or I missed that information somewhere. Definitely not a deal breaker though!!

Swimming pool and beach.

The room needs upkeep, the rug in the bedroom looked like it was from the 1960's, needs replacing. The pillows were horrible, in the kitchen there was a lot of the utensils that were missing. Overall it's a shame the spot is fantastic. Pool AAA O.K.

Location was great! Right on the beach. I booked a pool view room and ended up with an ocean view room when we checked in!! Nice surprise. We got there very late and had no trouble getting keys to room. All the staff in office very nice and helpful! I

Pool and location

Easy access to beach. Amenities provided were nice including pools.

The resort was hit by Tropical Storm Debbie. The resort did a fine job in trying to reschedule everyone. We had 6 units reserved for our annual family reunion. The were able to get 4 of our units reserved after shifting from 2 BR units to the 1 BR units. They accommodated the best they could with the tragedy of flooding, and we were able to be together and enjoy our family reunion. They all went above and beyond in answering all of our inquiries each time we all called and helped make the best even with them dealing with so much with contractors, insurance, etc. Now, we can only hope they survived thru Hurricane Helene. Our heart goes out to their entire staff.

Nice location, pools and hot tubs great

The problem was we had to evacuate the property and area due to hurricane Helene so we had to cut our vacation 2 nights short And relocate to another hotel in land no one seemed to care about us no type of compensation or future credit very disappointing considering the circumstances.
