Proximity to beach . Staff was friendly.

The hotel room was clean and the maid service came by daily to replace towels and wash cloths. The daily complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. The pool is heated making for a more enjoyable experience. I also enjoyed the 2 free cocktails at the bar.

The ice machine was not working on the 4th and 8th floor prompting me to go to the restaurant to have them fill my ice container. Also, there was no ride to the beach because the golf cart was not working, so you had to walk all the way to the doubletree.

Resort fee is annoying. The room HVAC was exceptionally loud. Breakfast was good. I probably won't stay here again.

Perfectly located. Restaurants & stores within walking distance & beach across the street. Nice neighborhood, can walk at night & a park nearby for kids. Staff is friendly and pleasant, hotel employee at breakfast greets everyone, is helpful as are the others.

One thing I didn¿t enjoy is that each time we needed our car we had to go through valet. ($37 day)valet staff is very nice and efficient. Breakfast was ok, more fruits and healthy options would be nice. Important to mention there is a resort fee per day.

Location was ideal

The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. Also there was a destination charge

$35 parking fer per night. $30 destination fee per night that provides beach chairs/towels and free bike rentals etc.

Valet tried charging me $45 overnight parking when I thought I had paid $20. Guests who stay at a hotel, should never have to pay for parking. Stupid policy. 2nd day there, housekeeping was drinking on the job. Found white claw can in my room.

Yes the hotel told us about A complementary (FREE) card for water beach towels and chairs. We received 4 waters during our stay never went to the beach because it was never in our plans. However my credit card was charged $114 for four bottles of water.

The location was great

House keeping was rude The room wasn’t clean when we got it ( other people hairs was left in the room) They also don’t tell you they charge daily valet so I had a bullion payment also they don’t have parking

Location, employees, breakfast is always great.

I have stayed at this hotel3 times and this is the 2nd time I have asked them to change the air conditioner filter. This should be on a maintenance schedule!!!. In both instances the filters were were caked with dust and there is no way air was passing.

Modern comfortable furniture. Clean. shampoo brand. Kitchen

The room was spacious. Customer service was excellent. You can''t beat the view.

Parking fees are very high.
