It was very nice and beach was nice

Staff let the guests with small kids in diapers get in the pool and hot tub so we got out because we did not want to be in a hot tub with diapers 🤮

No lights inside pools and hot tubs. Backyard. Not open restaurant due off season.

The location of the hotel is nice as well as the pools.

We had to switch rooms due to our initial room having urine on the toilet seat and hair in the shower and under the covers in our bed!!! Gross. The staff never offered much to make things right, and a manager never reached out to me as I requested.

Location and ambiance is great.

Room was not stocked with amenities (shampoos etc) and low stock on coffee supplies. They did come when we requested it. Didn't appreciate being thrown off the beach chairs an hour before sundown.

Our room was suppose to be non smoking and we felt like someone was smoking in our room as ceramic says it smelled like cigarette smoke and others like marihuana smoke¿ very bad.. some of our lifting didn¿t work in our room but since we had unpacked

The beach and pool were nice. The staff was helpful.

The room needed an update. The vanity paneling was peeling. Lights flickered. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Also the arcade looks to be permanently closed. It should not be listed as an amenity.

Spa was amazing.

Staff was rude at times and unhelpful. Rooms were not up to "Trump" standards. Location was great and beach and spa were wonderful.

There was somebodies food left in our frig, GROSS! But yet there was alcohol in the frig, And a price list, But we will see if they try to charge for our frig items, that obviously wasn¿t restocked before our visit.

The pool areas are beautiful. Gili¿s restaurant on the beach has gorgeous views. The hotel is right on the beach, so we had a gorgeous view from our Oceanside room.

Fragrance is pumped into the lobby & the hallways. My family is highly sensitive to fragrances, so not healthy for us. Two elevators did not work making getting up or down take 25-30 min. Strong propane smell one am-due to condo work next door.

Huge room with LOTS of amenities. The staff was exceptional. The lobby area was nice. Elevators moved reasonably fast. The room was decorated nicely, but some things are in need of sprucing up. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the beach and pool areas.

Just a few things that need refreshed and repaired. Grass growing in between the blocks on the balcony. The lighting sconce on the wall did not function.

I loved using the hotel's app to order food while we were at the beach or the pool. It was nice not to have to flag down a server to order food. Even then they had lots of servers that were out on the beach very attentive. Beach services was amazing great

Didn't like that we paid for a premium hotel and didn't get notified about the construction that took place everyday during our stay. It created a lot of dust in our patio and noise that our kids couldn't nap in our room

It was a very nice hotel with an amazing view and lobby.

The shower leaked very badly, the mini bar was stocked with old items and was missing diet coke. The balcony had a wonderful view but the outdoor furniture was very rusty and there was a huge mans toenail on the chair...there was only women in our party.

The pool area was nice and it¿s convenient access to the beach.

They are constructing a building next door so my oceanview room overlooked the construction zone. I requested another room but the front desk attendant tried to up-sell me on another room for an extra $30, telling me no other rooms were available.

First room they gave me had no lights and smelled like mold but when I complained they did move me

Room was not ready upon arrival which was 15 minutes after check-in. Received complimentary breakfast for our time.

The beds were very comfortable.

This hotel was severely understaffed. There was always a line at breakfast when the dining room was empty. We had to wait while the maitre'd filled out a form each morning before seating us. Donald Trump would have fired the management, if there was any.
