The grounds were extremely well kept and the service was beyond my expectations.

Breakfast was fine, rooms are always great.

Numerous issues-My late evening arrival, no one greeted me or offered to help with luggage or even opened the door.My TV didn't function when I checked in. It took a couple hours to repair. Why wouldn't someone have tested it prior to my arrival? (after cleaning?)It took two days to get a bottle opener.My i-Pad didn't work for 2 days.Finally, on the last day, 2 of 3 elevators were inoperative. I worked for an elevator company, they make their money from 24/7 service! They were never repaired all day, causing us to almost miss our flight due to the delay in getting down from our room.

Booking confirmed breakfast included. When we booked out, we were charged extra for breakfast. When questioned the front desk lady argued the matter by saying when we checked in we were given a letter to say we get a certain amount per day for breakfast. I objected as one cannot say breakfast is included and then change extra. Only after making the point that one complains and nine vote with their feet, and the lady saying something in Russian, she offered to remove the extra charge for breakfast from the account.The good experience staying at the hotel for three days was cancelled when we left feeling offended. I must add by saying we were upgraded when we checked in and the rest of the staff were going out of their way to assist. Unfortunately checking out was unpleasant. It’s the first time that we experienced that a booking promised breakfast is included only to find out it’s restricted to an amount that doesn’t even cover the normal buffet breakfast.

The resort exceeded all of my expectations and I've never experienced this level of accommodations at any resort. The communication was stellar, the resort itself had everything we needed and they truly went above and beyond to provide the 5 star experience. There were no hidden fees.

No issues at all. You get what you pay for! One restaurant recommendation givdn to us for dinner was the Surf Club, which is a popular restaurant at The Four Seasons. The ambiance was nice, but the food was very basic and grossly overpriced. I do not recommend it. However, this is not connected to the Acqualina

Extremely clean rooms, Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff , high quality furniture, beautiful interior design,

great pools, pool staff were very helpful, love that there are staff to set you up at the pool and beach. overall staff are very frequently.

the food was mediocre. I was expecting a lot more from the breakfasts, especially given the price. The quality of the food was quite disappointing. the beds and pillows are also way too soft. I ended up with back and neck pain.

Amazing very professional check in experience 5 star service from receptionist Valaria! The welcome drink and room upgrade was a special touch and very much appreciated! Lovely beach and chairs service. We had a delicious lunch at the beach front restaurant and a fantastic dinner at the Italian restaurant. Both catered well to kids.

The valet was a bit complicated on weekends as they cater to three popular restaurants in the hotel and not just the hotel guests.

Julien at the front seat was amazing!Every staff member was warm, genuine and helpful…. except for the concierge who was not happy sourcing a microwave for us.

The food was just average.

Facilities were clean and staff was very pleasant. We had water bowls for our service dogs and dog biscuits that was a nice touch.Food was good, we ordered dinner in the room a couple times.

There was construction going on and all days were very very loud, noisy with banging and other power tools going on. There was a stage with people going up and down the building that provided no privacy, and obstructed the view the entire time, and also not allowing privacy to take advantage of the balcony. Had to keep curtains shut. The one time I went to sit on the beach, there was a slight breeze and few raindrops and our umbrella was taken away. My mom visited and left her car in front for a couple hours, and when ready to leave her car had been misplaced ... we waited over half hour for the car to be found. It looked as though it was reported as an overnight car, which also appeared on our final invoice - we had to have charges removed as we did not have a car parked.

Great location a lot of stores and restaurants around walking distance.Beds is super comfy very clean and spacious rooms they people who work at Aqualina very try to make your stay as great as possible

The service is unparalleled! The staff at Acqualina are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to accommodate you and make your stay truly a “5 star” experience. Upon arrival, Igor gave my husband and I a tour of the entire resort which was much appreciated. We did not make dinner reservations prior to arrival but as soon as we told them that we wanted to reserve a table that evening, not soon after, we received text confirming our reservation. Jimmy at Il Mulino was wonderful, along with Anthony. If you get a chance to go to the spa, please do! I can’t put into words how amazing the treatment (luxury foot) was. I have never fell asleep during a treatment. I was so relaxed. The relaxation room afterwards was a nice finishing touch. The staff are so attentive—it’s rather remarkable how they are always one step ahead of your needs/desires and provide a service well before it even comes to your mind. For that alone, they’re more than well deserving of a five star review.

No bidet unfortunately.

Excellent hotel. In LOVE. they set up a surprise for my son s birthday. Jacky was absolutely lovely. Thanks a million times! We will be back!

The surprise 40 USD daily for parking

Almost everything perfect.Some people of the Staff should be more friendly and smiling … but … I do not think that the Hotel can be guilty if somebody working in the Hotel is not always friendly !I believe that this Hotel is the Best Hotel I have been in Florida.

The Food at the Restaurant “IL MULINO NEW YORK” is not so fantastic …

Service exceeded all expectations. All staff really went above and beyond. In particular, Jeremy Fox and Eugene on the beach were amazing. We loved hanging out with Franco at the pool bar. Luis, Carlos, Steven, and Ivan at Mulino were all excellent and made our dinners were just perfect. And also the sweet hostesses Alina and Zhgenya, and Ricardo, Valentino, Santiago at the beach. Also Andres made our beachfront dinner so special. And last but not least, we cannot forget to mention Randy, Louise, Victoria and Christian at concierge, who solved any problem with a smile, and truly made all of our acqualina wishes happen. The dinners were amazing at Mulino and Ke-Uh and Costa. Beach service was just the best. Everyone should try one of their coconuts. And our room was beautiful and comfortable, loved all of the little extras and attention to detail. We loved it all so much we even went to check out the Residences at Acqualina. Just a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end.

We should’ve stayed longer! We had no complaints. We will come back for sure.

Breakfast was good but unusually expensive

On the last morning of our stay I called housekeeping that our toilet was clogged and asked to send a plumber to our room. I was unpleasantly surprised when I came to our room after we spend half a day on the beach and found our toilet still clogged. Another issue was inability to get the table for dinner for several days at the hotel’s Italian restaurant.

Great Service and location.

The hotel really didn’t have services or facilities for socializing after dinner, or Late evening.No Waite service outside, whereas all outside tables were used for restaurant, even when empty. Thus one could not sit outside and enjoy the view with other over a cocktail or wine... lost revenue and opportunity.

Great breakfast. A bit expensive but very good
