Close to the beach ⛱️

This apartment building is cool 24/7 at 60° The apartment are too expensive for the comfort.

I love the location, the apartment set up, the space, walking distance to beach, good food options, the only thing is the unit can be upgraded, kitchen, bathroom, better quality mattresses.

The beds .? the mattresses are awful; so uncomfortable did not get any sleep. It?s so hard that it?s impossible to get consistent sleep. This should be an upgrade.

Walkable to restaurants, grocery, beach

The window unit A/C was very loud, and switched on and off regularly. The temperature in the room changed dramatically every time this happened. If the sudden noise level change didn't wake me up every half hour, the need to remove or add the blanket did.

Nothing. This seems to be like some kind if bait and switch fraud

It's more like a crack house than a hotel.We were afraid to get out of the car.The pool is empty/abandoned. We received the check in information almost 3 hours after check in time. Stay away!!!The pictures are not indicative. Still haven't received refund

Location is #1. Across the street to beach. Close to grocery, restaurants, drug store & other shopping. Price is fabulous

Pool. Was being redone but the beach is better than pool. No real issue.

The location was bad and instructions impossible to follow nor could we even find the appt. We left. Disgusting!!!

Apartment is located on top of an engine room. It is very very noisy. Consistent strong unreasonable noise. Picture is misleading.

Although the outside of the building definitely showed it¿s age the apartment was updated & very clean. Close to beach, restaurants, grocery store & bus line which we took to South Beach as traffic in the area is wild.

I wish they provided a clock radio to wake up. I would have brought one had I known.

Cleanliness of the place.

the elevator was not working and had to carry our suitcases to the third floor. It wasn't convenient for any handicap person.

Location, staff I talked to on the phone was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was very basic and small. The pictures make it out to be quite a bit nicer than it actually is. My room was on the second floor and the elevator did not work so I had to lug a large suitcase up 2 flights of stairs.

The location was amazing so close to the beach and local stores. The staff was great at meeting our needs with helping with luggage and letting us check in early.

The room was super echoey and the walls were thin you could hear everything going on. The bed was out right awful. Super squeaky and not much too it the floor might¿ve been better. Also the shower was slow to drain. Also the checkin process confusing.

The most important is location. Close to the beach and shopping area. The apartment is simple but well equipped. Just fine to spend a few days on Sunny Isles if you are in a Budget.

Roomy, clean, well-appointed, walking to shopping and dining. A full kitchen. Cable TV with Netflix and Amazon, etc. The linens were soft and plentiful. Nice pool. Designated parking.

No TV in the bedroom. The bed was very shallow, low, and hard. The view of the hallway and parking lot ruled out open curtains and sunshine.

Location is MAYBE 0.2MI to the beach. Shopping, restaurants are even closer. FREE PARKING/wifi! Onsite laundry 3 floors. Apartment's in a quiet complex; neighborhood was very nice. There's a park for kids on the same side of the street before the beach.

Small cosmetics that could be fixed with approx $500. Wash cloths were forgotten, but all other towels, including beach towels, were available. Luckily we travel with our own including cleaning supplies ;) Barking growling dog in corridor late one night.

Location is everything. we could walk to the beach and to the local supermarket. perfect for a beach vacation

although the room wasn't dirty - it is in need of a deep clean and AC vent cleaning. we got quiet a few bug bites from within the room too. The walls could use some paint

I didn¿t get one minute sleep. The HVAC system made loud banging noises all night.

MAINTENANCE STAFF VERY GOOD.

EVERY THING WAS OK.

The staff their were super friendly, made sure we had the best experience. Very caring

Everything was good. Nothing to complain about. Just one comment that the water pressure in the shower was low.
