It was a bit old and the bathroom was small

Room is well equipped, Air condition, refrigerator, kettle, TV. They have luggage storage room. Good contact with owner. everything was perfect.

Good location near beach and lighthouse.

The food options were limited nearby

the view of room is over expectation! including the ocean, forest, and the town

Noise - wind caused aluminium balustrades to vibrate and made quite a noise. It is also a little bit far away from restaurants, car required.

It’s excellent value for money, clean, quite close to Zanpa beach which was lovely and very quiet when we were there, the host is friendly

I found the blankets to be just a little on the cool / thin side for this time of year.

We love the balcony and the full kitchen in the room. We were able to borrow some sauces and an electric pan from the owner to make our own dinner. The view at night was tranquil and nice. We were able to listen to the ocean waves at night, lovely. :) We couldn't see much of the ocean but we could see many fields from nature. Being on the 3rd floor helps us to see a little bit more of the water from above. The beds were separated, but we could push the two beds together at night so it became a big comfy bed.

There's a venting machine downstairs, other than that, you can't access any grocery stores without a car. The room is quite old, some wallpapers were torn apart, and we felt like we were back in the Showa era, it might not be for everyone but it's a bit of an adventure for us haha! :) The bathroom and bathtub are very very small. If you have longer legs, you might have a hard time using the toilet, but we were both under 6' and small so we were ok. There's no elevator, it's like a beach hotel, be prepared to take your luggage up the stairs.

A little disappointed.

The shower curtains have molds.Shower door is broken, i just fixed it by myself. 4th floor room there is no elevator so if u have big luggages be ready.

Clean & comfortable with everything I needed.Owner is very nice.

No chairs for elderly Westerners!

remote location, you definitely need a car to move around. love the washing machine and dryer available with free washing soap, that was great. Good use of microwave and toaster for your own breakfast.

the bathroon is very tiny. no lift, luckily we had a room on 1st floor.

It was a big room, more like a one room apartment and was located in a quiet neighbourhood. Beds were clean and decent.

Rooms have definitely seen better days and were honestly quite dated and differs from the photographs. Some of the furniture items were dirty (I got a rash from sitting on the floor mat provided at the dining area).

Everything is perfect, very comfortable. The only thing which is a bit down is bathroom space, it is a little too crowded. we very enjoyed our stay at hotel zanppa. Thank you very much.❤There is a very private beach on the end of the road in front of hotel, but I don't know if it's safe or not. It's worth taking a stroll along the coast in front of hotel if you like the sea.?

Location is off the main thoroughfare in Yomitan but offers a quiet night sleep. Unfortunately no combini nearby. One would need to get a car to gain access to conveniences, to nearby Zanpa beach and eateries.

I thought property was truly small for three pax, and toilet just could not make it. Bumped elbows into sides most times. Gave up and brushed teeth using the kitchen sink. AC unit in the allocated unit was old and took few hours to cool the unit down.

We really enjoyed our apartment. It was very spacious with a nice view over the ocean. The owner was very helpful and very welcoming.

I like how convenient our room's features are. We have a washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, and kettle with kitchen utensils. It is also near the beach and other attractions. Grocery stores and Konbini are only a few minutes away from our place. We had a great time bonding with our friends and families.

I hope we had a cleaner set of sheets and pillows. I noticed little stains on our white sheets and also on the throw pillows, but it did not bother us that much since we only used one out of three beds in our room.

Very comfortable and spacious! Very friendly host! You have to walk 20 minutes from the Yomitan bus terminal, but it was not a big problem, it was a beautiful neighborhood, and if you have a car it is a perfect place!

Hahaha bathroom soooo small!

Location was great. Near to Cape Zanpa, grocery shop, restaurants. Was located in quiet and safe neighbourhood. Room was clean and had a launderette.

Include a lift in the building. We had to climb to the 4th floor to our room.

The place was very clean. The size of the room is great and it has everything you need for long stays.We had a problem with the room and the staff solved it right away!

Be aware a car is needed for this location. Nearest convenience store is 20 minutes by foot. With car you can reach amazing places from this location
