Allstay CHIBANA

Parking

Fan in bathroom would not turn off. They double billed me due to to the slow response to credit card charge twicw so I order through another booking and got charge for both,

Small apartment with kitchen

Pillows to small

The space was quite small and not very comfortable for a family. I booked a room with 2 double beds and 2 sofa beds, but what was provided were just ordinary sofas, not actual sofa beds. They were not suitable for sleeping, which was disappointing as it did not match what was advertised.

The owner was very flexible with my ongoing living situation and the facility was very clean and comfortable. 10/10 For communication and the location was really quiet.

The wifi was a little slow.

The place is nice and spacious. The beds were okay. Staff sent instructions on how to check in.

The location is a bit weird but okay. The A/C was dirty, maybe dust, maybe mold.

The location is nice close by toll road exit and located in middle of Okinawa. Good price for the size.

A/C was so loud when it’s working. Air vent was so dusty. Black mold everywhere in the room. Smells moldy every time entering the room.

It was very clean and met our needs. They were responsive when messaged.

It was a little hard to figure out check in but other than that everything went well.

Location was central to most things - equal distance to north/South Island

The check-in process was confusing, multiple subsequent guests who arrived after we checked in were helped by us because the system and directions for parking were not clear

everything was perfect. its clean, safe, location, we wouldnt ask for more ❤️

New, clean, roomy

Closer to the Main Street

Room was the right price in the right location for us.

The back parking lot is DARK at night. Can’t easily get into closet in the bedroom. Not a lot of storage places.

Room inside everything is good and clean , the room size is bigger than my expectation

Except both stove doesn't work . please take repair stove immediately see attached picture.

Stay was okey, but check-in procedure not so good. The minpaukin tablet is available in the shed to the right. However, as an overseas-visotor I had to register the information in an online form, would have been easier to do directly at check-in instead. However, room was cheap.

Room was clean, locality was good. Great place to stay.

Noise from other tenants could have been less.

The room was very clean and nice and everything looked and felt clean the layout was amazing and it was very spacious we also had a beautiful view out back of our balcony

Nothing it was great

The location was right in the middle of okinawa. It was close to Kadena. We had plenty of towels.

The bed is a little springy. It didn't interfere with my sleep but I did wake up feeling sore. It is soft but I could feel the spings... after a few days it started to be uncomfortable.

Everything was great, save for some minor hiccups with a few room equipments.Check-in was hassle free, great location with free parking space.

Fan seemed slightly broken (turns off automatically after few minutes) and the washing machine needed some cleaning prior to usage.

Bad

cockroach, unkindness, an uncomfortable bed and to many others

The apartment size was OK for a family. The price was reasonable.

The furniture looked dated and the sofa was damaged. The curtains had a hole distracting your attention. The windows and balcony door need cleaning.

Good place to stay long term, has everything you need.

Beds little uncomfortable, could use sheets
