Room is big

Staff, 1. I checked in late at 1am and i asked for late check out he calculate and told me 1000 yen per hour 2. I came down and check out and i asked reception for 1 bottle of water she said cannot give. What kind of service was that, like a scam

The rooms are large & hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel provide shuttle bas service in the morning only. Ample parking lot nearby hotel.

I booked this hotel as it was the only one with late check out which we appreciated because our flight was late in the afternoon. The triple sharing room was huge and we loved the space. The rooms were new and the beds were pretty comfortable. Breakfast spread was quite big and there wasn't anyone at 8:30am. We enjoyed the peaceful breakfast. Our bonus was the ramen shop in the basement. So good.

The hotel is located in a commercial complex and didn't have any carpark. We had problems locating the hotel lobby and we had to ask the hotel reception where to park.

Very convenient and yummy breakfast included for everyone.

No pillow for third and fourth guests. I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. They only gave us 2 pillows. I had to ask for an extra pillow and they won’t give me the fourth one. That is very odd.

The location is perfect for travellers using the Kansai airport (KIX)The room and especially the bathroom was huge.

We got to the hotel after 12am and were greeted by the staff immediately who then gave us keys to our room within a few minutes. The room was spacious, and their airport transfer service was exceptional.

We were able to leave our oversized baggage (bicycles in boxes) at the hotel before checking in, and the next day, the hotel shuttle took us to the airport. The reception staff had a really nice attitude, and all the employees at the reception could speak English.

Bad customer service and management

We stayed here as a family of four (two adults and two children). Upon arrival, we noticed that the room was only set up for two people — there were only two pillows, two towels, and two toothbrushes provided. We called room service to request additional pillows, but were told we had to go downstairs to get them ourselves.When we went to the front desk and asked why only two sets of amenities were provided when we clearly had four guests, we were told that our reservation was only for two people. They even said they had already “allowed” us to stay with extra guests at no additional charge, and that we shouldn’t expect any more amenities.We were quite shocked by this response, but had no choice but to accept it at the time. Later, we double-checked our reservation and confirmed that we had clearly booked for two adults and two children. The whole experience made us feel extremely uncomfortable, as if we were being accused of sneaking in extra guests — which was absolutely not the case.We hope the management will take guest reservations more seriously and treat visitors with the basic level of respect and service they deserve. This kind of experience should not happen to anyone.

Very well looked after building, clean, good style, plenty of space and good location from the airport.The view from my room was great and the room had everything in it that I needed, would happily stay here again.

I was placed on the smoking floor. Other guests were running in pyjamas in the corridor and had open doors. It was very loud. I was totally shocked. After some insisting I was moved to another non-smoking floor and it was ok. The area is ok if you want to sleep on your way to the airport. But it lacked any cosiness.

Location. Comfortable room with ample space. Very good breakfast. Shuttle to airport five times in the morning ( none after and no shuttle from airport to hotel)

Shower with no curtain on a half body tub that made showering uneasy and dangerous

Very well located just across the square from the train station. Izumisano is easy to reach by train from Kansai Airport and the hotel has an efficient, free shuttle bus service to return clients to the airport. Well presented tourist hotel with all facilities and very good bathroom.

Nothing, really!

Great location. Walking distance to snow festival and restaurants. Comfortable room, big enough for two adults and two kids. Pod coffee machine a bonus for an early morning.

Great location, friendly and professional staff. Room was very clean. Great value for money size room. Would recommend to anyone, would love to stay again in the future. Breakfast was also fantastic.

No mineral water is provided after first day of stay.

with yamato transport it did not work out really smoothly, but maybe it is not the fault of the hotel. in the room it was quite cold during the night

Distance from Airport after a late landing long flight & very, very short 2 minute flat easy walk from train Station.

The room was very spacious. I was surprised, coming from a very small room in a Namba hotel. The bed was clean and comfy, the couch was clean as well. The bathroom was pretty spacious too, not your typical Japanese hotel room. The staff were very accomodating, made sure to confirm our preferred airport shuttle schedule. Our room has a very nice view! All in all, this is a good place to stay.

Only 2 pillows were provided for 2 beds. I wish they provide more.

By far, THE BEST stay we had with 3 young children.We had three different hotels before, asking and thinking we made a reservation for a family room... only to be utterly disappointed. But this one, we call a family room!!! Large room with large beds, a very spacious desk. There was even a corner with 6 relaxseats with a table in the middle, next to the window with a nice view of the city. Oh, and did I mention the massage chair, too?The room was so spacious that we could spread out 3 large suitcases and 3 trolleys to pack and unpack.We could tidy up our coats and some luggage into the cloak space.The bathroom was the typical Japanese style home bath with enough space to shower and wash yourself before going into the bathtub.The toilet was separated from the bathroom in the "changing room".You could stall your toiletries around the sink and big mirror and help and change small children to go in and out of the bathroom.With this comes your typical Japanese hospitality with nice helpful staff and loads of amenities!!The staff was so considered to put us in 2 rooms next to each other. (Familyroom and a twinroom)
