Final shopping in the outlet before flying back to my hometown.

There was hair bathroom floor. Shower curtain bottom wasn¿t clean

Space, views and location

The room is very big and clean. The location is easy to find, it got a lot of signs to find the hotel.It only takes 5-10 mins get to the outlet. I will recommend to my friend to stay in this hotel.I only stayed 2 days 1 night, my family say we should stay a 3 days 2 nights.

The location is fantastic. If you need to go to the airport the very next day and need to be right outside, this is the place. Mini mart downstairs has everything you might need for an overnight stay. Everything was clean and they covered the basics fine.

The room infrastructure is dated. It needs cosmetic upgrades, especially in the bathroom. The TV had no English speaking channels. The room was small, but everything in Japan is smaller than I would ideally like, so take it at face value. There weren't a lot of food options immediately adjacent to the hotel.

Large room, close to train station and airport, lawson on 2nd floor and also close to super market

Room temperature is central so you can’t adjust the room temperature by yourself so it’s very cold at night (in November), the bathroom room has some smell

Renovated property with great beds and service. Convenient shuttle to airport and easy walk to outlets.

Because it is high season, the price is a bit too expensive

Close to airport, far from anything to do in Osaka so depends what you’re looking for. For us we had an early flight the next day so it was perfect, free shuttle to the airport though you do need to reserve a seat when you check in as they are limited at specific times. 7-11 in the lobby if you need snacks on the way

Location very close and it has shuttle 15 minutes to T1, nearby there is Premium Outlet too, to fill up your luggage. Good price.

No onsen but ok

Amazing views of the surrounding waterfront & airport, easy access to shops and food, and the staff were all exceptionally kind and accommodating.

Our suite was very spacious. We had an incredible view of the sea and the city. The room was quiet and clean. Train station connected right at the main floor

Close to the airport bit a bit far from Dotonbori area

Room circulation is not good. Once you turn off central heater, you cannot feel any air from external. The window cannot open and this make us feel unconfortable.

Clean, convenient, quiet, and close to the train station and Rinku Town which has shopping and restaurants.

No change machine in the laundry room

Located just next to the train station, so makes it very convenient to find the hotel.Great view from the hotel room.Bed and pillow are very comfortable. Close to premium outlets and plenty of eateries nearby.Proximity to the airport is good and the shuttle bus to the airport is a big plus (awesome)!

The step up to the toilet/bathroom is quite high. Got to be mindful when going in and out.

I expeected your hotel has onen because in the booking website has show osen pictures, but when i have checked in, your front desk said NO, that is misleading advisistment. very dsapointed. you should refund part of the money.

Good location near subway and outlet and also just one station by train to Kansai International Airport.
