- Disappointed over pool. Wish we know it was being renovated. It was the main reason we chose the hotel
- Filthy dirty carpets all around. In the lobby, in the eating place, and even the front door. They were not just dirty. They were stained. The hotel staff were considerate, helpful, and friendly. However, they were far from being dressed appropriately to greet people checking in. This hotel cost a lot of money for a three night stay. It bears the name of ”Hilton” and while I am aware that Hilton is not all about 5-star luxury anymore, this hotel surprised the daylight out of me. We would have declined to stay if there had not been a conference in the city, which took up all of the rooms in other hotels.
