    Pros +

    • Very clean, very polite staffs , the view from the lobby and the room are beautiful. Free access to the spa. Shopping and restaurants all around. Train station very close.
    • Everything was so nice and clean! I liked the views of Hirakata as well.
    • The breakfast was fantastic — so many options, and everything tasted great. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Every part of the hotel, including our room, was spotless. I requested fresh towels daily, and they not only provided them but also made the bed each day. The views from our room, the restaurant, and the Sky Spa were absolutely breathtaking. After a long day of walking and sightseeing, relaxing in the Sky Spa’s large bath with that amazing view was the perfect way to unwind.

    Cons -

    • I’m young so I thought the breakfast was a little expensive. I ate somewhere else.
    • The only slight downside was the location — while the hotel itself was wonderful, getting to places like the Children’s Museum, USJ, or Kobe required changing trains and took quite a bit of time.
    • I was a little confused at first how to enter but it’s easy once you know

Right next to the train station so I was able to access everything.

I was a little confused at first how to enter but it’s easy once you know

Very beautiful and clean. Perfect location, it is right at a shoppingcenter and train station

The bathroom is barely covered so anyone in the room could pretty much see you shower if they peek

    10CarolinePosted on: 10-4-2025

Very comfortable room. Lots of space, great view.

It was a bit far from Osaka but very convenient to the metro station.

    7cherylPosted on: 9-20-2025

it was a very beautiful property

The rooms were odd having no closets and the open bathroomand the "requirement" to be naked in the spa I found very odd considering you have visitors from all around the world.

The hotel is connected to the train station through a series of underground shopping malls. When the malls are open, it makes travel to and from the train station easy and comfortable. The quality of the hotel and rooms are exemplary. The views of the city below are breathtaking. The room was very comfortable and the staff was polite, professional and extremely helpful. We tried the breakfast and found it to be diverse enough for the American palate. It was also an affordable option.

    Absolutely nothing.

The lovely staff, the cleanliness, the location, the spa

Bed was a bit too firm

    10NelsonPosted on: 9-2-2025

The room was well furnished and had a great Toto toilet! I had added the breakfast option, and it was great! Next door to the Hirakata station in Osaka and above the Hirakata mall with many food options available. I did not try the spa, but those who did said it was also very nice.

    10AdenPosted on: 8-31-2025

Great location right next to the train station. The room and hotel were very high quality and the spa was excellent.

Still a bit far away from the main city but the location of the train station made it bearable.

    10JeremyPosted on: 8-19-2025

Perfect location to visit the area. The station is close, the mall is closer, and the room was fantastic. It was very comfortable and spacious. The view was amazing and the spa was perfect. Breakfast was very good too with lots of options for all sorts of tastes. The night staff was super friendly and gave me some good options for dinner and drinks. Laundry was very convenient.

The robe for spa was not made for taller/bigger guys but it was fine.

i like the facial wash, the bed and the spa.

i don't like the front desk staff.they are not warm to us. the greetedus without a smile.

    10TaraPosted on: 6-19-2025

The property was conveniently near public transportation, shopping, and many places to eat!

The onsen did not have a minimum age.

    9JenniferPosted on: 6-14-2025

Great location near KGU. Lots of restaurants.

    Room was smaller than expected.

    6MayeulPosted on: 4-27-2025

    It's clean and comfortable.

I have been living in Japan for 10 years and hotels don't require your residence card / passport / residence card for staying. But this was the case for this hotel though they don't have the same requirements for Japanese people. When i asked about the reason of the policy they couldn't reply which made me feel like this was a discriminatory measure with no valid reasons. That's a shame.

    7AnnaPosted on: 4-4-2025

Very nice view and staff! You cant use the spa if you have tattoos.

    9KeeganPosted on: 3-12-2025

The entire hotel has amazing views of Osaka / Hirakata. Breakfast was good and had a beautiful view. Rainfall shower was great. Room was large for price. View from the room was nice, fridge was good size. Decorations were nice as well.

    Nothing, it was great.

    9RobertPosted on: 2-18-2025

The hotel was brand new and the view was amazing

The spa policy does not allow tattoos. I am an American and this kept me from enjoying the public spa area.vvvThe hotel did give me a private bath in the room which made my stay worthwhile

Exceptional hotel staff, rooms, amenities, cleanliness and location. This is my second time and it did not disappoint as expected.

The breakfast buffet is too pricey.
