Staff did not speak English to me. Also the street to the hotel parking was full of snow (like 50cm) and it seems like the hotel guests have to clean all the road towards their car by themselves. Also there were not enough shovels for everyone to do so... a little disappointing in a winter area, that the hotel is purely prepared if it snows...

Beautifully appointed hotel. Loved the shower! Onsen and restaurants steps away. It is 20 minutes drive away from Gujo Hachiman town but we had a car so it wasn't an issue. It was that much closer to Shirakawa-go. Both are absolute must see.

Very clean, modern rooms with lots of space! The room was large. The lobby is very nice and you can make hot drinks and eat there. We didn't find anything to eat in the area, a lot of things were closed and we drove to a nearby town so take that into consideration.

We were late arriving and the location was a bit tricky to find in the dark, but once there it was perfect. Staff were helpful in directing us to a restaurant nearby for dinner.

The view of the mountains around the property was magnificent. When i stayed there it was snowing heavily and the moon was bright and full. It was really stunning.

Great location next to the onsen. No breakfast but we liked the cooking facilities to make our own on site. The rooms were beautiful and clean. We would stay again.

good location, kind staff great ammenitites comfy and quiet room easty to relax and very clean and modern.

only thing to say i didnt like was the fact that there were no windows that could be opened in the room for fresh outside air.

There is no breakfast in the hotel. But there is a coffee machine 24 hours on the 1st floor.

The entire hotel smells new. The design of the standard room is refreshing. Bed is most comfortable indeed. I love their big pillows & bathrobes.

It is a 3-Star hotel, so I should not complain about the lack of amenities.

From Chubu Airport to a midway towards Hida Takayama, near 郡上八幡, there has a Roadside station nearby. The hotel does not have a gym room or an onsen. You need to go to the nearby for a hot spring bath, priced at 600 yen.

This hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, we did self drive so a 5 minutes drive would bring us to eateries nearby. This hotel is more for those who do self drive. Room is of reasonable size. Free coffee and tea on the first floor. As we stayed only one night, we did not have time to explore nearby.
