There isn't much soundproofing to the rooms and it can get quite noisy.

I think the breakfast menu can be better, not much continental options apart from bread & eggsIndian breakfast menu was also available but the options were not something I would like to eat on vacation.

The hotel is nicely located very close to the beach but not beach-front. It has a nice ethnical desin - we odored the stairs drwaning in green with sculptures at sides. We adored the esthetics of the hotel. We also liked delicious buffet breakfasts - there is a selection of national dishes besides omlette and pasta are offered at request for those for whom the national cuisine is too spicy. The packed breakfasts were also nice. There is always someone at the reception, even at night (we had a late check-in and an early check-out). The staff are very helpful.

Initially we were allocated room 101. Though it was not a top floor, the celing in the bathroom was constantly leaking (we were told that it was due to the heavy rains). Besides, we didn't have luck with our neighbours (it's very difficult to say if they were so noisy or it's about the indoor audibility - we heard them running at 4 am and lifting things. In 3 days I asked to change the room at the reception and we were given a choice of 3 rooms. We rested our choice on room 603 - it's right under the roof - no leaking or noisy neighbours.

Amazing place! Staff was caring and kind. Restaurant open till 11pm. Food was great! Very close to beach, bars and restaurant! Nothing to complain! Highly recommended!

Excellent and wholesome breakfast. Good food ordered through A la Carte for the other meals too. Courteous and helpful staff - across teams - F&B, Housekeeping, Reception, Security. My son loved their pets. I loved the atmosphere, full of flowers and tastefully decorated.

The staff are amazing and attentive especially the breakfast/restaurant staff. The site facilities are very well mainted and cleaned regularly. Our room was big with a nice balcony. Situated on a hillside so nice and breezy. Security guard to let you in at night and in general a nice atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely, with fresh juice, fruit, omelettes, indian pancakes and some typical indian breakfasts dishes. Great laundry service (but a tad expensive)

The room we stayed in was run down and we could not close the closet, the safe did not work and the floor was filthy(even just after being cleaned- p.s might have been a colour they used for the wood).

The room was nice with a nice balcony. The highlight for us was the breakfast quality and taste and also the friendliness of the staff. Angelo Fernandes from the restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed there for 2 days , Resort is very clean with all the amenities, here is my detailed review1) As the rooms are made of wood ,a lot of noise comes inside the room when someone walks on the other floor of your room2) Staff are very well mannered and friendly3) Any requests made were attended within minutes

1)Prices of food is very high with limited menu and the taste of some items are just ok ok2) Naan roti was a big turndown 3)My suggestion is atleast they should charge water bottles at MRP4)All beverages are sold over and above MRP ...Not Justified5) No direct access to beach ,had to cross one property to get access to beach which feels humiliated at times

The property was nice and was close to beach.

This stay in Goa was a complete disaster, thanks to the shockingly arrogant property manager. From the moment we arrived, we were met with hostility rather than hospitality. She unilaterally imposed a set of "new rules" that were nowhere to be found on the website at the time of booking—an underhanded move designed to trap unsuspecting guests.What made it worse was the manager's blatant hypocrisy. She was seen using the pool after night hours, flouting her own property rules while expecting guests to abide by her arbitrary conditions. The double standards were infuriating and completely unprofessional, making us feel disrespected and unwelcome.This incident is part of a troubling trend we’ve noticed in Goa: the place that was once synonymous with warmth and hospitality is becoming increasingly inhospitable. Arrogant property owners and declining standards are tarnishing its reputation as a tourist-friendly destination.If you value your vacation experience, think twice before staying here—or even visiting Goa until things improve. The charm and welcome of the Goa we once knew are fading fast.

Resort was next to the beach which was amazing and location was nice .

Room could be little more clean and they need change the fridge and there should be time limit of people living on upper deck not to make noise so the resort should have some restrictions due to wooden flooring

Service. Had to remind about basic stuff like replacing toiletries, dental kit, towels etc. took two days to fix balcony light bulb. Food was good but highly priced. Can be reduced by 20% for sure.

No hot water in shower, it's not on the beach

View from the Sea view room . Requested for a lobster which though not in their menu was arranged for us for dinner. Food is reasonably priced as compared to the Shacks nearby. Whatever we ate was tasty .

Lets provide a more realistic review for future guests:First the staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist us when possible. even doing more than required.When we first arrived at The Regalia Resort, it didn’t meet our expectations, it did not seem like a traditional hotel. Initially, we were disappointed. Despite notifying them of our late arrival, we did face some issues upon checking in—such as missing toilet paper, towels, and water bottles— which we didn't expect, but thankfully, they addressed all.While the sheets appeared clean, they were old, and we did find an insect in the bed on our first night. we were frustrated and there were too many sounds disturbing our sleep, so we even considered leaving, but after exploring the surroundings the next day, we realized most resorts in the vicinity are similar, with varying levels of luxury. so we adjusted by using mosquito spray, earplugs for a better sleep, and requesting fresh sheets.the majority of resorts in the area, are not ideal for people with disabilities, there are many stairs to navigate. If you're not comfortable with that, ask for a room closer to the base.we asked for a room with beach/pool view, which they kindly provided. we were not prepared for the sounds though, so be prepared for sounds—dogs barking at late night and kids playing by the pool in the early morning may disturb your sleep. if you are not okay, consider this.Breakfast options were limited—mainly Indian food, noodles, pasta, butter, strawberry jam, cut fruits and bread. only on the first day, we had french toast, but not any other western type breakfast options. We ended up requesting plain omelets most mornings.Overall, a real expectation will let you enjoy your stay—you will stay in a wooden cabin in a village surrounded by nature, with a very friendly and helpful staff.

The resort staff were very well mannered and hospitable. They catered to all our requests and since we had a 16 month old with us, every help is greatly appreciated. The sea view from our room is to die for ?

Everything was on point and although it's 3 star it felt better than this. Peaceful environment, Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was decent. Very close proximity to the beach.

Only downfall is that the executive rooms have no view sadly.
