The staff was very nice and ready to help whenever we looked like we needed something. The breakfast was great, with a variety of options and the scrambled eggs were specially delicious.

There wasn’t a window net and we couldn’t open it, fearing mosquitoes would enter.

The room is newly renovated

The room was not super clean. The side of the bed was not vacuumed properly and dust behind the curtain.

Good location with parking. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast and lounge

Some deferred maintenance required

Great staff and great owners. So much help from the staff and they were easy to talk to.

Great staffs all of them especially the Japanese manager, Tom, Ned: thank you. Very clean n comfortable to stay many nights. Hot yummy BF was served daily. Location is next to bus station, gondola (5’ walk) and 3’ walk to chairlift on back road. Saved my energy carrying heavy ski equipment.

The hot tub was too hot to soak in après-ski for 3 nights I was there and too cold on other night. Too bad.

Lovely staff, simple but well appointed, thought through amenities, onsen style bath in basement was a wonderful surprise.

Spacious and comfortable room with a mix of Japanese and western styles. Attentive and friendly English-speaking staff. Good breakfast every day. Comfortable shared lounge area. Can arrange pickup and drop off from nearby train stations or bus terminal, and daily grocery runs are also available. Good onsen room, cheap laundry, and ski storage on site. Great location only a few minutes walk from the Tsugaike base area and shuttle bus connection to other resorts

Not much to complain about. The onsen bath is a bit small with space for about 3 people max. The walls were a little thin so I was occasionally disturbed by other guests slamming doors or having loud conversations in the hallway

Family room was awesome. Great dry room. Onsen available. 24 hour access to kitchenette, complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate, easy access to ski lifts and ski rental.

Communication just prior to arrival was limited.

Bad

The hotel smelled really bad and the rooms. Shared bathroom with everyone cannot go toilet any time if needed. We left the hotel and did not get a refund also what was advertised was not what it was. It’s basically a shared house and advertised not correctly.

It’s squeaky clean and the staff are absolutely friendly and helpful! Breakfast is great too!

T Square Hakuba is one of the excellent hotels I have lived in. The staff is kind, and the breakfast is good. The sharing areas with the sofas are comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel if I plan to visit the area again!

The place was super spacious and clean. There is a lounge where they served breakfast. The best part was that all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The onsen was really good because it was just the right temperature?. In terms of logistics, it was excellent. The ski slope wasn’t really far away and there was a ski rental just across the road.

I didn’t like the breakfast that much because we had eggs everyday??.

T Square is spacious which is unusual for ski lodges. The living room , boot room were first class, as was the generous breakfast and noticeably enthusiastic staff. We were picked up by Chester who laughed his way through transporting our absurd amount of luggage. By the time we arrived at T Square Chester had already briefed us on the best powder in the trees and Ramen noodles near T Square. We had Christmas at T Square with staff and guests all put something in having a great time. Thank you to Ned , Hiyo, Olivia, Charlie , Tom and Ella and the Japanese couple who managed the T Square. And last but not least the the Japanese couple have the cutest baby which my wife and daughter couldn’t stop cuddling and playing with!! A real 10 out of 10.

It is in a good spot in the middle of town . It is about 150-200m to the Gondola. So a good spot but not ski in ski out. That is not a criticism , just letting you know. Actually ski in ski out is not so common in Japan

The location was close to Tsugaike Gondola Base as well as the chair lifts for a beginner slope. Complimentary beverages were available 24 hours in the common lounge. They had Netflix in the rooms! The availablity of 2 dryers (100yen per 30 min) were a plus point

We took the family room for 5 which was essentially 2 rooms connected by a common corridor. The 2nd room had no door which made it quite cold at night despite the heater being turned to full. The room came with a private toilet which had no heating on the seat so it was really uncomfortable using it in winter. We ended up using the shared one just outside the room which had heating.

the pillow is too soft. cannot sleep well with it.

It is a nicely renovated hotel and the staff was very friendly. I was the only guest staying that night so they upgraded my room. Lots of breakfast options

Convenient location: skort walk to skiing and restaurants

Parking is not right at the building but a few minutes walk

Location was great. Room size was great

Heater blew out cold air in both rooms. Water was Luke warm. Stayed for a week and our room was not serviced once and the towels not changed. There was an unpleasant odour in the main foyer & hallways
