Everything was great! Good breakfast, clean and spacious room, very close to bus station and lift

The location is great. Just a walking distance to the ski resort.

That area has very few restaurants, and the hotel's restaurant requires a reservation at least one day in advance, so you can't just walk in. This is a bit inconvenient.

Very nice and neat place to stay at, they even got outdoor Onsen. Nice view outside the window and Jam bus stop right in front of the door

Breakfast is not as good as I expected, should consider doing some continental breakfast would be appreciated

The onsen was a little small

Big room, amazing onsen and fair breakfast buffet. Staff was really helpful and it was on a 7min walk from the ski lift. Big ski storage room. Lots of older ppl staying here so no noice during the evening

Clean,spacious and comfortable. The hot spring is good. Not far to the ski lift. The buffet breakfast is nice. The staffs are very friendly.

Everything! A clean place, great and friendly staff. Comfortable beds (we stayed in a Japanese room) and delicious dinner (we reserved dinner each night we were there). Their onsen is clean and great! Highly recommended to stay here. Only 10 minds walk to Tsugaike gondola. Great location!

Great location in the Tsugaike area, just a few minutes walk to the bus station, where two lovely restaurant located. Small but nice and comfortable. Stayed in the Japanese style room and felt pretty soothing. Loved the bath too.

Very clean and well maintained property. The staff were all pleasant and friendly. Car parking opposite the hotel. Wonderful food!

The pillows were like rocks and the beds uncomfortable

Just a bit far from the ski chair lift.The locker in the dry room is a bit small, and no space for hanging clothes. see if you can improve it..

It was spacious enough for the 2 of us.

The locker they gave us for our snowboarding gears was too small. You can only fit 1 pair. I guess this was not that bad since you can store your stuff in your room. When we checked in the staff gave us the wrong key. I thought we got upgraded so I did not bother to go down again and check. But my partner insisted so I asked them and definitely got the wrong room. We have already unpacked so it was a bit of a struggle for us. I guess the staff was new-hire so I just let it slide. The hotel was understaffed so I guess they had to do a lot of things.

The location is near with Tsugaike Ski Park (maybe walking around 5-10 minutes).Breakfast is good. For dinner need to make reservation one day earlier. Have big place to park your car. They provide cleaning tools for snow also. Good hotel.

The elevator is quite slow but no problem at all.
