Overall is meet my expectation, including services, facilities, laundry service, location, price.

Good location very close to train station and bus stop. Breakfast is good.

We stayed here at the beginning of the Toteyama Korube Alpine Pass trail. The hotel is very well located, just a 2 minute walk from the train station. Breakfast was included, very smooth check-in procedures, comfortable rooms and great value for money! The hotel also offers a luggage forwarding service if you are doing the Alpine Pass route and need to send your luggage to Toyama.

The room is clean and breakfast is included. There is free parking as well if you are driving.

Great location, helpful staff, decent breakfast, clean and spacious room, good public bath.

Kinda expensive I must say but still much worth than costing legs and arms staying at those old grand hotels built during the bubble economy era.

I loved that it had a leather couch and a little table that my hubby and I can relax and eat at. The room layout was very nice and we had a view of the town.

I stayed here for one night and was sad I couldn't stay for longer. Great facilities (public onsen including outdoor onsen, free breakfast which I unfortunately couldn't try since I had to leave early), 24/7 reception with friendly staff, comfortable bed. If you're doing the Kurobe Alpine Route, you can leave your luggage with them to be transferred to Toyama Station for a fee.

very clean, very convenient location, has everything you need, even a washer and microwave in the common area. I love the breakfast, a lot of varieties. while it’s Buffett style, the process was very efficient and hygienic.

I was so amazed with the staff they are so friendly, and when we already check out we forgot something and we call the hotel, We ask them that If it’s ok just to send it in our address and then tomorrow we receive our things. They are so kind. Very recommended hotel! Foods our healthy & delicious!

Very good location, just opposite to the railway station. Walking to supermarket with only 10 to 15 minutes.

Small onsen

Fantastic location near the train station. For a business style hotel, the single room was a comfortable size. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice to have the onsen as well

The hotel has basic amenities and was very clean and is located right beside the train station

Beds were very hard

We enjoyed our breakfast! The choices were plenty. I particularly liked the public bath , very clean and nicely decorated with ample amenities !

It was a bit out of the way and the town was deserted by 6pm.

Convenience to my distination

Staff rigidity , the hotel was empty I arrived at 14:10 they told me check in time is 15:00 ...!!!

Every thing was good ...

I have requested to check in at 2 pm instead of 3 pm, and they said they want to charge me extra 1000 Japanese Yen .... I know they are Robots and can not use their brains.

New hotel, nice bath. Friendly staff.

Omachi is not the best place in Japan but it is not the hotel fault.
