Children who aged 13 and above considered as adults and need to pay extra headcount (when exceed room capacity) upon check in. No extra bedding adding service. Please follow the room capacity rules to prevent any extra headcount charges. br/ Effective 1 June 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4- and 5-star hotels and MYR 2 per room per night for 0- to 3-star hotels. The property’s star rating will be in accordance to the rating from the Local Council, and should the rating differ from the website, the Local Council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein. br/ Frame Hotel enforces a no smoking policy in all guestrooms and enclosed public areas. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. A cleaning fee of RM500 will be imposed upon the guest(s) concerned should there be smoking activity detected in guestrooms. Candle, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) are prohibited as well. These items and activities will be treated as smoking and the cleaning fee will be applicable.BR BRHotel requires a deposit of RM100 (CASH) for incidental charges upon check-in. Deposit will be fully refund upon check out with the condition of no damages caused.
