- We stayed for 3 nights and had a great stay. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. We loved our private hotspring with views overlooking the town. We didn’t hear much noise from trains or other people. The staff were super friendly and always had a smile when greeting us. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. They offer more variety on the weekends vs weekdays but still great breakfast choices. The hotel is close to the night market but walking there is not easy due to the very narrow streets in Luodong. Overall would definitely stay here again if we return to Luodong!

The view was excellent and we really enjoyed the night view while bathing in the hot spring tub. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. My parents like it a lot. The staff were very nice and friendly, smiling all the time.
Very convenient location as the hotel is just a short walk(under 10 mins) from the Luodong bus / train station. The room is very spacious and has a great view of the city and mountains view. We love the 2 hot spring bath tubs in the toliet. The beds and pillows are also very comfortable.. There are also local and western and Japanese breakfast choices. Overall a great hotel that exceeded our expectations!!
All the hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and approachable except for the staff at the rooftop bar. He was impatient to explain how the complimentary f &b vouchers work when we want to visit the rooftop bar to view the night scenery that we heard so much about. It turns out to be quite an unpleasant experience.

Unpleasant and disappointed
There’s a lot of group tourists being drunk and making big noise at 3am. It was real terrible, the bar is full of people and super noisy (whether the guests from the hotel or not, not sure) the atmosphere was so bad for people just want to enjoy a quiet evening with a great view. The bathtubs took ages long to get warm, also the same for the shower… the buffet in the morning is just fine….
