Super Hotel Kashima

Not in the tourist area - but easy to access by car. Lots of restaurants nearby. We booked a premium room and it was spacious - made it a breeze to organize all our luggage before we left Japan.

Breakfast ended at 9:30 on weekends, but when we got there at 9 am there wasn't really a lot left - only the portion for about 3 - 4 people. No refill was provided. We were lucky to grab some bread, sausages, salad, and curry, but others who came in later after us didn't get the luck to eat more than a few slices of bread.

The ambience and how clean the hotel and room was.Also all the amenities was present ( I have not seen phone charger in any hotels but in our room we got it. It really helped us.)Breakfast was Upto the mark fresh and good.

Clean facility, helpful staff. There are many restaurants around the hotel also very close to the beach. Which was the purpose of our stay. I definitely recommend this hotel and I’d love to stay there again. Free breakfast included and free coffee to go and take pretty much as you please.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like personally I wasn’t a big fan of the breakfast that was served but as it was included in the price I don’t feel like I have the right to complain.

Clean rooms, matras sleeps soft, everything works properly, onsen is nice.

Rooms are a little bit too small. A big suitcase cannot be opened and stay opened if you are planning too stay a longer time. Everyday you get a difficult 6 digits of key room number

breakfast was very simple, nothing inspiring, no toaster just warmer oven. very much an overnight work stop place.

The room is huge! Clean and comfortable. Onsen is nice and quiet due to how they only let 4 people in at a time. Price point is great. I’ll definitely continue choosing Super Hotel chain.

Staff were very kind and helpful . Great breakfast. Nice onsen. Very clean. Very convenient door system.

I had some problems with noise, from a faulty air conditioner and outside noise. But the staff were very understanding and immediately gave me another room.
