Comfortable rooms.Beautiful eating area.Beautiful rooms.Good looking bar area.Tasty food.

Loud music from bar area which is very close to rooms. Very narrow hallway. Ground floor rooms don’t have great views.Scootys are meant to be parked in back area and cars are parked in front of the gate. Many times cars are parked such that 2 wheelers are blocked. Cockroaches in washrooms at night.

Poor breakfast. Bathroom could be cleaned better. Needs 2 good beds in some rooms - instead of just one. Place looks tired. In need of paint, etc. Why all new sheets and duvet covers but duvets that are old, badly stained and generally unpleasant?

When confronted they managed a night stay at a much cheaper hotel n not so clean place. Then Gave us room next day. So even if you are booking this hotel in advance through booking.com. It’s not confirmed that u will get the room. They will cancel anytime they get a new guest

Absolutely nothing apart from the location

It was a nice clean big room. Bathroom a little small but it's ok. The pool was nice n clean. The food at the restaurant is avarage. Drinks menu was good and affordable. Overall nice stay.

the sanitizer/deodorizer used in the room is very strong. it could have been pleasant. the bathroom cieling had a hole (looked like mold). It should be fixed as we dont know whats behind that.

Disappointing

There was a blood stain on the bedsheet The manager told us it must have caused by us. We had not even sat on the bed when we discovered it

Well first, we arrived tired at 10 PM in the night, and still the room was not ready. Whats the point of prepaying for the room, if you cant just get in. Then the door would not close properly, and the lock did not work. The curtains were off the ring. The bathroom was having water all around, and floor was not clean. The bathroom door WOOD was splashed with construction paint, and some of the door was also peeling off. All in all - just a place to stay overnight. May be I gut unlucky. Over and above that, promptly at 10:45 they called and asked us to vacate. And when we asked for extension they gave us 15 minutes.

The hotel is fresh and really nice decorated, comfy bed. Very friendly people. The location is great as well, it is in the middle of Vagator, but very quiet.

There is no fridge in the room, makes it uncomfortable, especially in such a heat, could be nice to have a fresh drink in a room.

The room and bathroom were clean and the location of hotel is excellent. Away from the hustle bustle of city and close to many happening places of Vagator and assagaon area. Staff was supportive.

In order of irritation: Dirty sheets and duvet; loud music playing all night, doors slamming, noisy AC, grubby bathroom; pool opening hours very limited; staff sometimes rude; no breakfast available - not even brown toast; very slow service at bar; shower fluctuates between boiling and freezing; Wi-Fi not working on last day; no way to turn off bathroom light; broken cupboards; no hanging rail in wardrobe; no fridge…
