Celebrations - Vagator - Goa

It was the best hotel I have ever been in India. I was scared because of previous experiences in India (scams, bad service, bad maintenance, etc.). But this place met all my expectations.People there are very kind and professional, spacious rooms and clean. For that price I really recommend this hotel. The location is also wonderful... very quiet and close to famous beaches, coffeeshops, night clubs, etc.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Vagator, Goa. The staff was very cooperative and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. The services were excellent, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in north Goa near Vagator beach, as this is a less crowded area. It is a good option for families and couples.

Drinking water arrangement should be there on each floor.

I liked nothing. Staff was very poor and arrogant

Staff was misbehaving with us continuously. After checkout they called me something is broken and asking for money. Even i didn’t break anything

The service was great. The staff was friendly and provided everything I asked for. You'll only need to zomato for your food. Rest everything was good.

Pool lights on all night.

Very spacious, clean room and bath room, nice balcony and very helpful staff. I could easily rent a scooter with them, store my luggage after checkout etc. Would stay again :)

Not the best experience

We arrived and was greeted by a lovely man, got us sorted for our room quickly, however when we went up to the room the Air con wasn't working, the sheets had stains on them and the bathroom as filled with mosquitos that we could only assume we're from the broken vent. We decided not to stay and checked out. As we were waiting for our taxi the receptionist kept taking photos of us and shoving his phone in my face to say hello to random people which made us very uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

Breakfast is served hot and clean.

Food had to be ordered on Swiggy or Zomato from outside. They do not have full-fledged kitchen to cater to its guests. Swimming pool is not open. I was hoping to cool myself in Pool in the evenings.

The pictures put up are kinda different from what the space is in real life the photos are put up in stretched format which makes the space to look big but in reality the space is small and not at all comfortable

It is a secluded place away for the crowd noise of Vagator / Anjuna. Washroom was clean. Nothing else to like about that place. Definitely not Superb / Excellent as per the reviews. Just average or below expectation.

There was no breakfast as such. Just tea & egg omlet or in veg it was upma / poha. No other options provided. If you do not have a bike or car you cannot go out for breakfast as it is quite a bit of walk. I had 20-30 bees in the balcony when i arrived in the room. The balcony was almost unusable every evening. Beds & Pillows were too soft so had neck pain. Swimming pool is smaller than your room so it is useless.

The hotel was very clean and all the facilities were up to date. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. Hot water was available throughout the day at any time. Food is accessible through swiggy and zomato too. The breakfast at hotel was enjoyable, quantity being more than sufficient for one person. Overall a great stay for my family.

The location was a little bit remote but not too much..

The AC was leaking and was not fixed despite asking the manager to look into that on multiple days

The breakfast was good, the room was also very good.

I had booked via booking.com for a room with bathtub for 2 days which concluded to around 4000/- however when we went to checkin there was no bathtub in the room under that price. Eventually we booked an expensive room which had the bathtub and pool view which concluded to around 5000/-. But, it is the fault of booking.com who didn’t show us the correct images for the correct rooms.

Very bad room service, no food service available (no lunch no dinner and below average breakfast that too on specific time) very bad room service and no assistance in any service to the rooms.

Bathtub and swimming pool

Staff is not professional. They treat you like small kids/ students Vs. Principal. No fridge in your room. You can use kitchen fridge till 12:30am. Proper toiletries not available. No food available in the vicinity or in their kitchen. Door does not lock. TV does not work. Tata sky gets recharged from their Chennai office which is not easy to do. Zero hospitality
