Very good location. Decent breakfast.Good swimming pool with warm water

Room could have been more better. It is very basic.No proper mirror for ladies to set hair.

Only the location

Rooms were very small, not enough amenities, low number of staff, poor quality bfast food, no lunch and dinner, even water is not filtered one.

Disappointed!!! Bathroom was leaking shower was leaking and overflowing . Property is full of mosquitoes the mouse from the adjacent bars was on until 4:00am in the morning.

Basic facilities were not looked after, showers were painful for the length of our stay!

nothing! everything was perfect. But important to know- all the clubs are nearby, so if you are looking for tranquility its not the place to go.

The hotel's location is superb The beach is just in front of the gate. And the hotel was very beautifully decorated. They give superb indian breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, for dinner and lunch we can go easily. Market is just beside so shopping experience is also good. Excellent vibe. Excellent for family or with friends.

Very noisy till late night. But if you close windows and turn the fan full speed, it is very less.

The location and distance from the beach

The rooms are dimly lit, there were lizards in the cottages and the quality of food has gone worse, got food poisoning from the food, also very limited options available for food

The entire ambience and location.

Room size and bath room.. Everything is congested in side room. Also when I made booking through booking.com I clearly mentioned that we are coming with Two Adults and One Kid of 12 year age. But after booking the kids details is disappeared from the website and details. Once we reached reception they asked for extra payment for the kid. if they mentioned earlier we are ok with that. But this process of after adding details and asking 1500 for kid without any extra facilities felt like cheating. But we stayed there with extra payment

The noise from the clubs next door were horrendous , we had no sleep at all

A beautiful place to stay near the beach. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Loved the place and ambience.

The rooms were not equipped with enough lights. The lights in the room were very dim. Had to open the door all the time to get some bright light. Would have been better if you provide proper tube lights.

There was no bartender to make cocktail and if the hotel provided dinner it would be great

Very good resort, good service / personnel, beautiful garden and cottages, good facilities and breakfast. Restaurant open till 4 pm was good as well. Best area good for going out. Comfortable beds.

Loud area, but actually that should be known and the hotel can not do much. After 2 or 3 am it's quiet. We slept good using ear plugs.

They staff is nice and the guys at breakfast are great and help you out with whatever you want.

The area. I left a day early and lost out on 1 night because I just flat out didn't like North Goa. My problem, not theirs. I slept with ear plugs in so it was fine, but I didn't realize how much of a clown show these beaches are. The area reminds me of Cancun or south Bali. Not my scene anymore, but the hotel is your classic 3 star and fine and the staff is great.

Luxury Room - Room is way back, too small and just not value for the money

The pictures on this website bare no resemblance to the reality.The property is tired and grubby.We walked straight out on arrival and the property refused to give a refund.I would not recommend staying here.
