- The hotel is clean, comfortable and perfectly located for everything I wanted to do. But what truly made this stay special was the stuff - especially Rati.
- I cant complain about property. Everything was superb BUT!
Cons -
- The STAFF - I dont know, as a citizen of this country we should teach people how to put smile on their face. We arrived at the hotel around 11PM and the next day we asked if it was possible to do the late checkout at 1PM, just one hour later. The reception manager claimed that they were overbooked (remember its 15th of April, off season for Gudauri) and she said she had agree about this with her manager. Did she call the manager? Of course not. She just looked at the computer screen and she was like ohh.. all the rooms are booked now and we have to let you go immediately. I have never seen such a cold faced reception to be honest. She could have said the same thing nicely but she claimed that Late Check Out concept was unheard of for this hotel. And then she said we could pay for the half day and stay few more hours which we eventually disagreed upon.
