There were supposed to be several pools but we not only had to walk to a different facility but when we got to the pool we were not able to enter. My kids and I did not have jammer swimsuits and the right shoes. We were so disappointed because that’s why we booked it! There was also mold all in the shower in our hotel room. We paid over $500 which was way too much for what we got!

Some of the staff didn’t quickly respond to a request I made weeks before my reservation. During our stay an alarm woke us around 6 am in the morning! Other than that it is a good property suitable for families and kids

The shuttle wasn't a fuss, better than a lot of other hotels in the area. Staff were really lovely!! Check in was easy, amenities were great and room was clean and modern. Gym had really good equipment.

Wrong Airport Shuttle time made me waiting for nothing and getting very late to hotel. Time was wrong sent one day before on booking.com and same wrong is on hotel web page. Only one person on reception (very nice and useful but), long line and waiting for one hour to check in.

Pretty close to the airport, easy to reach, free shuttle inbound/outbound. This time all the personnel was very nice and friendly, it was a very good stay, the room is well isonorized and with a mini fridge and a huge tv set. Impressive cost-benefit ratio

Breakfast is very basic from my point of view, but not really bad for what you pay for. The room doesn't have any electric wall outlet than Type C (Europe); the only fastest "solution" would be to purchase an adapter or a charger by +15 euros at the store located in the first floor, this is really not logical for a 4 stars hotel so close to an international aiport, more modest hotels next to international airports commonly have universal outlets or in some cases USB ports

Very comfortable. Excellent breakfast included. Largest TV I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

Not close to the airport. Transfer from Terminal B, it's a 20-minute walk to Terminal E.

The hotel is old, obviously renovated. It has no amenities. There is no toothbrush, toothpaste, or tissues. It doesn't meet the standard of a 4-star hotel. The breakfast is very poor. This hotel shouldn't cost that much.

Nice and clean, cool and kind people at the counter for check-in and check-out, the shuttle service is punctual and you can track it online, the driver was kind and very polite

Poor breakfast, some staff members at the restaurant in the night are kind of rude

I arrived early in the morning around 9 am, told me i cannot check in until 3 pm. However if you pay for early check in you can enter the room earlier. In the moment i decided to go with the payment of 45€ euros extra just fort an early check in, immediately they provided the keys. To me it's nonsense since the initial price is not cheap for this hotel. Food at Breakfast is super dry and cold.The prices at the "grocery store" near the reception are more expensive than in airport. However shout out to the buss shuttle drivers as they're very respectful.

The Free airport shuttle was great since the Hotel is a bit away from the airport. Shuttle runs about every half hour from the airport so you need to be patient. The hotel is quite nice with a restaurant and bar. Better than I thought it would be.
