All the staff were wonderful. Very helpful, kind and respectful. It was a great location to explore the area and local shops and restaurants.

The bed was very hard so the second night I couldn't sleep at all. This is just a personal preference. If you like a stiff bed this will be great for you. I also wish it weren't so dark. I just enjoy bright and well light places but once again, that's just my preference.

Location, breakfast, comfortable room and bed

Room number 105 is located above the car wash box, so you will be unavoidably waked up around 6 am by opening of creaking metal louvered door, especially if you prefer to sleep with open windows. Weak wifi in the room, often is down, it works properly near the entrance door. The room is dark, it would be better to add additional light.

It had parking and a very nice breakfast . The room was a nice size

The room had 2 panels that were lighted pictures that you could not turn off making the room very light for sleeping

Pretty good location wise, it is on one very busy road however, so try get a room that does not look directly onto the main road. Should be easy to spot on google maps, it has traffic lights and is multi land.

A little noisy from the main road being very close. Pick a room away from that and it would be excellent.

Good breakfast, quiet location close to everything, small but cozy room.

Dim light, weak and unstable internet in the room, no blanket with duvet cover. Breakfast starts at 7 but was not fully served until 7.20.

The hotel was a nice place to stay and centrally located in Izmir. It was perfect for daily pick ups to local tourist day trip hot spots like Ephesus. It was walking distance to the night life district and decent taxi ride to and from the airport by comparison with Istanbul.

Breakfast could have been served earlier given some tourist day trips to other locations start very early in the day. The gym could use a cleaning. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

Stagg was super kind and the hotel was really interestingly decorated, with a lot of small design elements. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Overall,a great value for money.

The staff. They had good English and this was important to me. I got good recommendations from some of the staff there and they always went out of their way to help me.

People smoking in the hotel that made my room smell like smoke. This seems to be an issue throughout all of Turkey. Hotels need to address it because some people have asthma and other health issues that get triggered by smoke and they could be dire consequences for the hotel with someone suing them for the smoke smell in their room.

Very friendly and helpful staff; great room cleaning service and tasty breakfast. A solid location too.

The pillows were quite large and made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably, but this was a minor point and others may disagree.

The bedsheet was very rough and the bed was too soft so you sink into it too much.

Almost Everything was fine. They actually parked my car for me and brought it around to the front of the hotel when I needed to leave which is really five star attention and everybody was extremely polite and nice. For Turkey the breakfast was the best I've had so far.

The lighting in the room was very dim and a couple of times it was a little difficult to see exactly what I needed out of my bag. But that was really a minor issue because the room was extremely comfortable.

It’s location, Friendly staff, Assistance for travelling around the city and also pick and drop for the airport. Also, they kind a manage to pay the taxi as i was not having local currency and they exchanged the money at the standard rate.On request they did provided the kind of omelette we needed for our breakfast and that was such a kind and helpful assistance from them.

Room was quite small and with an infant kid it becomes quite messy.Also, The Air Conditioner was auto selected with the central air conditioning, which didn’t allowed us to manage and control the temperature. We had to open the windows for fresh air circulation and cold air.

Very close to the train station, the street itself is narrow and not great for dragging big luggages but the hotel is very comfortable. I stayed in multiple cities and hotels during my Turkey trip, this hotel had the best breakfast! The helpful staff also organised local trips with short notice. Good for the price.

Everything. The hotel was comfortable, great eclectic design, had nice and friendly staff who were all very attentive, a great breakfast selection (incl the grape and sesame paste, which was delicious!), and it was in a prime location near the local attractions and the train station.

I can't think of anything I disliked.
