The hotel looks great and in a good location. The staff is really friendly.

The rooms appear a bit old but very clean

The facility was clean, room was big, staff was welcoming and the location was central

The breakfast was rich but tastes was average. Gym was really bad. They turned a small regular room to a gym but it was a little bit dirty, air circulation was bad. Bathroom in the room was big however there wasn't any window or ventilation to refresh the air

Nice and helpful staff… nice food in the restaurant. It is convenient with a nice coffee shop on the corner.

Although it was in the city, it wasn’t close to the main areas such as Konak square, Alsancak etc.

We arrived in the evening, the room didn’t even look prepared for anyone to check in, no duvet or cover was placed on the bed. There were no toiletries placed in the room as per the description on the booking. There is a nightclub just outside of the hotel and you can hear and feel the music through the walls. Our room was also just next to the lifts and we kept hearing people banging doors and shouting. That was past 1am and they informed us that the club won’t be shut until much later. We stayed up until 4am, then finally found another hotel and decided to leave this place. They told us we will only be charged for one night and the rest can be refunded, as the payment was taken on arrival. It’s now been a month and the refund has still not been processed and all communications ignored by the hotel completely! Real shame!

The personal was really great, very polite, friendly and ready to help at any moment. Rooms were ok, nothing special, but everything is clean.

Towel were clean, but looked rather old and tough. There was a smell in lobby and in the hall on the floor, some conditioning or smth .. but It smells like in a laundry room ((The hotel is located on a rather busy street …

All good . Location is good for nearby Izmir attractions. Rooms are specious .. really big .

Great staff, very helpful when we asked questions about the area. They also gave us an itinerary for Ephesus but would recommend booking it a bit earlier.

The club next door was loud so it may be an inconvenience to light sleepers.

The location of the hotel is excellent, you can reach any part of the city. Nearby there is a metro station, a commuter train station, and a bus stop. In addition, there is always a free taxi near the hotel. Breakfast is quite rich, but the variety is limited.

The state of the Internet is terrible, Wi-Fi disconnects all the time, it takes a lot of patience to restore the Internet connection. There is no second card for the hotel room; for three days they could not help with this problem.

Everything but especially the hospitality. My phone was stolen at a nearby drugstore on Wednesday, September 13th. The store security camera saw who took it off the counter, and one of the workers went with me to the police station to file a report. But the police wouldn't take a report saying that since it wasn't a Turkish phone, they couldn't track it. But the hotel manager, Fuat, went back with me to the station and helped me file the report. I got back to my room at 9:15 and at 12:05 AM, the police called Fuat and told him they had picked up the guy who stole my phone. Fuat had already left for the day but came all the way back to return with me to the station to retrieve my phone. He went above and beyond what a hotel manager had to do. His actions in helping to recover my phone relieved a lot of stress and anxiety and made the remaining days of my vacation more enjoyable. Thanks again Fuat.

This is a business-style hotel with a standard room layout. The room was well-equipped and comfortable. Valet parking worked well - this was a big factor in our choice of this hotel. We walked across the Kulturpark to reach the seafront for dinner at one of the many restaurants there - it took about 20-25 minutes.

Choice on the breakfast buffet was a bit limited.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are nice and clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is great. Location is perfect for what we needed, almost next to the metro, and very close to the bazar but still on a rather quiet area.

The room was big and nice, but the bed was quite uncomfortable, we both got back pain after our 2 night stay. The air conditioning was impossible to regulate, it was just on/off either super cold or warm, not possible to regulate it even if you select a specific temperature. Lastly, there was supposed to be a rooftop bar, a fitness studio, a spa, but actually all of those are either closed or just inexistent (I went down to the fitness area after the reception lady told me I could use it, it was just like entering an abandoned building). On top, no rooftop bar either :( which was quite dissapointing!

Dirty carpet. Dingy feeling throughout. Upstairs bar was awful for service and ambiance.

Good location, nice room, plenty of space and nice staff. Very good price to valu ratio. All in all I highly recommend this place.

The rug was a bit dirty with taints, for a 4 star hotel the breakfast was a bit lackluster and since our room was next to the wall with the neighboring building (which is a club I think) we could hear the bass in to the night on Saturday. But these were minor things for us.
