- Excelent reception staf, quite polite and helpfull. Our upgrated room (suite 602) was very well decorated, spacious and clean. The veranda had a great view to the city and breakfast was very satisfactory for us.
- It is not the first time we are staying in Mia Hotel. Once again we enjoyed our stay. It is lovely to see that the quality of the hotel is still 10/10 as it was the first time we stayed here years ago.Polite staff, rich breakfast, good internet connection. The room was lovely. They upgraded our stay to a suite and they made us feel as visiting our best friend's home. Thank you for everything! We will definitely come back again and again.
Cons -

- In summer, if you don't prefer A/C (like us), you should avoid 6th (last) floor.
- Staff could not speak English and that posed a problem. One would expect a hotel open for international guests to have staff that would understand English and follow what the guests require. The food variety wasn't good and since they didn't understand English they won't give me what I wanted.

Staff are very nice and breakfast was delicious with nice variation
The WiFi was HORRIBLE. SUPER slow and I wasn’t able to use it for work at all in my room and had to go down to the lobby which was inconvenient. Also the TV was turning on by itself at 3am for 2 nights in a row which killed my sleep and made me awake all night and tired all day :(
Excellent service. Clean rooms. Very kind and helpful staff. Good room service. Good location for a short visit, 5 km to the airport and 30 min drive to the heart of the city. Value for money.
Only one restaurant and one small bar. Not much to do at the hotel if you don't want to stay in your room.
Cleaning rooms and nice upgrade to the suite. Thank you for the upgrade. Nice and smiley staff
There is not much around the hotel but the location is very good because it is close to almost everywhere by car in Izmir. We enjoyed this lots
We always choose the hotel, the hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The hotel is new, clean! The staff is simply wonderful, they always take into account all the wishes and anticipate the wishes of their guests. Many thanks to the hotel manager Mekhpala for her hospitality and care for our family!
Bed, room, bathroom, location.
The room is well-decorated and clean, the staffs are hospitable and nice, really enjoyed my stay!
Room was upgraded thanks for that, staffs were very courteous and nice about 10mins drive to the airport and 5 minutes walk to a premium mall. Overall a good hotel nothing negative.
Friendly people, clean room, great value
Very good location, near the airport. Room is very nice and clean.
everything clean ,tidy & comfortable
Good reception and good room and clean
There is no UK plug adapter for the laptop or charging my phone
The location and free barking and amazing reception staff and every thing was clean and wide room
Friendly and very helpful staff, extremely clean rooms, and a very good restaurant. The hotel's location is strategic for both those who want to visit the city (20 minutes by taxi, costing only about €15 round trip) and for those like me who needed to visit the nearby fair (fuarizmir), just a 5-minute taxi ride away. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were truly very helpful in meeting my requests.Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. In summary, Mia City Hotel is a solid choice for those visiting Izmir. If you're looking for a convenient location and a comfortable environment, this hotel could be your ideal choice.
amazing, helpful staff. we got an upgrade to a suite which was awesome. clean and perfect.
weird car parking policy (you have to give up keys, our car was moved from the hotel to back alley public paking, it was not a bmw or mercedes, but still not that ugly) breakfast was kind of average for such a great hotel.
Hotel is a new one, staff and all service is great, taking into account that hotel is located 5-10 mins by taxi from Izmir Airport, very close to Optimum Outlet
